    Kathy answered my call today at Burleson Plumbing with a professional voice and superior assistance. She set up my new account and was able to schedule the work for our UV light system that Burleson installed in October 2023 for the previous owner as a contingency for our purchase of our home. A power surge set off a beeping last night and needed to be reset. A new filter was needed as well. Josh, an exemplary employee, arrived the same day and went to work completing our reset and put in a new filter. He was courteous, knowledgeable. He “knew his onions”. We highly recommend Burleson and will be passing this on to all we know. He left his card as well. Thank you all at Burleson Plumbing Heating.

    Burleson Plumbing takes very good care of their clients; they call ahead, and arrive on time with everything they might need. In our case they listened carefully to what I thought was going on with my old kitchen drain. They thought outside the box and found the least invasive correction possible.     Very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of todays installation of a tankless water heater. Mat and Mathew were great to work with and they were quite knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.     Jared came to check out our HVAC unit because it was not cooling properly. (He had been to our house the previous year and had correctly diagnosed the problem). He is tops professionally!!! And he communicated with us and the office to coordinate a solution to our problem. In less than 24 hours we had a temporary solution with our ac running again and a permanent solution to replace the unit. He was knowledgeable concerning the choice of brands and again communicated with the office to help us get the correct unit of our choosing. Jared deserves a rating of 10+.     Had a leaking water heater replaced by Burleson Plumbing & Heating Co on 10-9-23. Their response was fast, they even arrived earlier than they said they would and they had taken the old heater out and installed the new all within about an hour.     We had an emergency with our water pressure supply and well so we called Burleson to let them know. The customer service rep was excellent and the technicians were excellent. I cant remember the ladys name but she was so attentive she even recognized we had small children and ensured the techs would come right away. Our techs were Matt and Braxton and they arrived within hours of our call and had us up and running almost immediately. They absolutely knew what they were doing and they made a great team. They were also able to educate us on a separate existing issue that we had a quick question about in regards to our toilet and they were professional and polite the entire time. We couldnt be happier with the service and with our water working again! Thank you all!A couple days later we had an issue with several of our outlets within the house not working. I called Burleson back and they sent two more technicians out within a couple days. Tim and Duane were also completely professional and more than polite. I actually forgot about an outdoor outlet while they were here and I was able to catch them right before they left. They were so understanding and kind, and had no problem getting back out to continue their work.We really appreciate again, thank you!

    In the post COVID world race to mediocrity and a ‘whatever’ attitude when it comes to customer service, the folks at Burleson Plumbing are a welcome reminder of what real customer service used to be. They (Cory) coordinated with the power company (to remove the meter and disconnect power) and the building inspector to approve the replacement. When I called for repair service Austin was concerned enough about my problem to ask good questions to help determine what I really needed.     I couldn’t be more pleased with Burleson Plumbing and Heating. Having just recently moved to Spruce Pine I was surprised to wake up one Sunday morning and have no water. I have never had a well so I didn’t know what to do. The temperature was supposed to plummet to 21 degrees the next night so I went to Burleson first thing Monday morning. I must add here that it was Thanksgiving week and they were short staffed because some of their workers were on vacation. The office staff were very understanding, courteous and professional and assured me they would get to me as soon as they could but could not guarantee it would be that week because of the holiday. I went home prepared to tough it out for at least a week so was beyond thrilled when I saw their truck pulling into my driveway an hour later. The guys that replaced my pump were awesome. They worked efficiently in very cold and windy conditions and by the end of the day I had a new pump that will provide water for many years to come. Thank you Burleson Plumbing and Heating.

    I have never made such a major (and expensive) change to a home before. I decided to replace window units and electric baseboard heat with HVAC (gas heat). I could not have been in better hands! Jim was wonderful with the schedule and kept me posted on any changes or visits that needed to be done. He always responded to my phone calls and emails and helped me coordinate with the propane company (which was a HUGE help!). Ben and Greg were always friendly and answered all of my questions. I could tell they were meticulous in their work and even the inspector commented that he didnt expect any problems because Burleson always does good work. Nick showed up to show me how to use the programmable thermostat and made sure I understood how to use the website and app to operate the system. Finally, Sona provided friendly and timely responses to all my customer service questions.     Very professional and helpful! My husband and I bought a new house and our water was not working. It was January,19 degrees outside,and we thought we’re going to have to replace the entire pump. The entire team, from ownership/management to office staff, shop clerks, and the folks who come out to our house for repairs, installations, and trouble-shooting are, without exception, smart, courteous, efficient, and professional in every respect. Whenever weve had problems, the Burleson folks always have responded quickly and effectively to assess and remedy the issues. This is so important to us as owners of a cabin that we visit only periodically and where issues sometimes arise when we are back at our other home in Georgia.     Had problems with my sewar line to where it was backing up and flooding my basement. I was unable to use the restroom or any drains in my house. Called Burleson Plumming and they came out and identified the problem. They identified it was a cracked and broken pipe in the sewer line. They sent a crew out the same day, dug up the pipe, changed the pipe, and cleaned up the yard. They were great to work with, knowledgeable, super friendly, nice and helpful.     My husband and my mom both with cancer and my 7 year old young son had a horrible thing happen with our sewer tank. The top of the sewer tank fell in and sewage was so strong. I called Burleson and explained the situation to them and I was desperate with no way to turn. They came out got who was needed to check the tank out and inspect. Also the men there offered to do digging on their own time and did. Then they helped us by letting us make payments which we had faithfully always done. If it had not been for them at such a high anxiety time for our family Im not sure what would have happened. This is not the only time they have came and helped us during what was a heartbreaking time losing both my mom and husband. Plumber James Young not only correctly diagnosed the problem, he told me that because it was a Kohler faucet (Burleson is a Kohler dealer), it had a lifetime warranty. He called from his truck to order the new facet from Kohler and the day after it was delivered, he was back to install it. I should have called them sooner, rather than wasting time trying to do it myself - Burleson technicians do it right the first time!

    Matt and his assistant were very professional and handled a difficult situation with aplomb. My water heater is in a narrow alcove behind my bathroom wall. But they got in their, drained my water heater and discovered the element was shot.     BEST GAME IN TOWN!!I have used Burleson Plumbing for more than 15 years. I rarely write reviews. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT !I own a small 15 home sub-division. We have two wells. Our primary well requires a water filtration system.The media in the Filtration system was changed Friday. Phil and Adam were here for two jobs, the second and more important being the filtration media.Phil let me know they were finished and offered to wait until the filtration system finished its cycle and the water came back on. Phil is my regular plumber and has changed this media many times in 15 years so I felt it wasnt necessary. Phil and Adam left for another job.It was late on Friday and after they left I had this uneasy feeling about the water coming back on. I called Phil but no answer so I left a message. I did not know he was only two miles away in the Linville Falls community where there is no cell signal.It was late on Friday and close to the end of day. I was still feeling uneasy I left a message at the main office number and the extension of TIm Green (another great guy that does all the scheduling).THE WATER CAME ON WITHOUT A HITCH!Then I got a call back not only from Phil, as soon as he got cell coverage, but after Phil had called, and well after quitting time and 5PM, I also received a call from the owner, Kenny Burleson. This is a late on Friday when business normally shut down and go home.I wouldnt hear from anyone until Monday morning.
