The work that Alvarez & Sons did at my home in Queens was exceptional. I was first impressed on day one that he was one time, showed up exactly the time he said he would start. The team was extremely professional and organized. Throughout the project they were very honest in explaining to me about the process and options. The work was 100% what I expected, and the team was so amazing in cleaning up after they were done everyday. The Job was finished on time. The company was a referral from my neighbor and I most definitely will use them again.The work that they did for me was water proofing of my basement foundation, added windows allowing light to my basement, and rebuilding the foundation of the window that was damaged and cracked, including water damage on the sheetrock... overall a satisfied customer... great job!! I love my new construction!!

Had Alvarez construction company referred to me by a friend. Armando came by home showed him what I wanted to be done. I found this company to very professional courteous always on time and very trustworthy. There are not enough words to describe the quality work that is done by Armando and his crew .I highly recommend Alvarez and son construction to anyone that need any type of construction work to be done. They will be doing all my construction work in the future..

They replace my old front porch with new concrete flooring and limestone slabs. Also did caulking on the side of the house.They are very professional and efficient. Always on time and always with a great attitude. When the concrete floor had an issue they came back and redid the whole floor without me asking them to do so. I highly recommend them for any kind of work.Also last year they did some pointing on my chimney and that was very professional done.

I am very happy with the outcome of the work done by Armando and his crew. They install new roof and garage (replace old beam, roof, replace loose concrete, install in and outside sidings with masonry. Beautiful work done on the garage. They are very professional, courteous, efficient, responsiveness, quality, punctuality and value.They will be coming back to do steaming and brick pointing. I have recommend them to friends.

My wife and I needed drywall work done in our kitchen and wanted to cover a very large electric breaker box. We called Alvarez and Sons and within 2 hours, we had someone come to our home to check it out. They gave us an estimate on the spot and we were able to schedule the work for 3 days later.The work was done quickly, efficiently, and was very affordable. Now that I know that they do bathrooms and tiles, I will definitely be contacting them again.

If I could give 20 stars I would!! Armando and his team totally transformed our house. We bought an older house and we contracted Alvarez and sons to make all the external repairs. They came in a totally transformed the house. The work was when they said it would be, their work was exceptional and they cleaned up!!!! That is a rarity. They installed and new roof, and chimney, replaced the old siding with new siding and brick installation, built columns, and a flower beds, new steps and exterior tile installation. It was perfect! I highly recommend them.
