Henry was professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and performed beyond our expectations. He completed removing our cast iron sewer main and replaced it with newer products in a timely manner for a fair price.He involved us in determining the best solution for our 60 year old sewer main. Our periodic stoppage problem has ended. Our sewer was unavailable for only two hours. They took away all debris, including pipes, rocks, and concrete. I would hire his company again.

I have used Henry several times for my home and my mothers home. He has been very professional and yes a few times arrived after the time he had scheduled but always made a solid effort to take care of the issue at hand. I had remodeled my home and had several technicians out fixing things here and there and by far Henry was the most professional and communicative tech i have ever had the pleasure of working with. We live in the Cyber age and bad reviews hurt all of or business wether they are true or not. But when your in such demand as Henry surely is its hard to supply the Great city of San Diego with such professional service with only 40 hrs a week. Before writing this review I looked at some other reviews of him and his company. And I must say Drain Rooter Plumbing is the Biggest smallest company in San Diego. with a very professional staff and some great technicians. I would use him again no questions asked. I am a true believer in supporting small local businesses. Keep moving along Mr. Henry Ill be calling you soon.

Great responsiveness and service. Bruce got back to me and came to check out my leaking water heater same-day, the day before Christmas Eve. After the holiday, Bruce and Henry installed the new water heater. Great work and friendly service. Theyre a busy group, but they get the job done and done right. Henry also fixed my plugged up kitchen sink and replaced my garage disposal, several months back. Old piping in high areas makes it a challenging job, but their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile got it done and my sink has been flowing freely since. A great team. I appreciate their reliable expertise and friendly service.

We had a couple of clogged drains going on. We called Drain Rooter and they responded very quickly. Henry was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. He pressure treated our drains and got everything running like new again. Even our water pressure is better. What an added bonus. Will definitely be using them in the future.

My home warranty company assigned Drain Rooter to handle my clogged shower drain. I spoke with Henry the night before to set a time. When we spoke, he asked me to describe the problem and suggested a way to test to see if my drain was truly clogged. I tested the drain and found that it was clogged. Henry arrived on time and took care of the clog for me. He was great! I will definitely use Henry again when I have a plumbing problem. Thank you Henry!

It took us a few tries to find out what what the problem was, but Henry and his team were attentive, kind, respectful and also very nice about educating us on the process along the way. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they were super nice, which is a great bonus. Its not always an easy fix, but we feel fortunate to have had this team of guys helping us come to a solution. As a working mom, I also really appreciate the real-time updates from the staff. If they were running late, they let us know and they would call/text when they were on the way. Thank you all!

Henry oversaw not only our under slab leak repair, but also acted as our general contractor in the reconstruction from the damaged. I saw him so much that we actually developed a friendship. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing and reconstruction needs.

Henry came to my house thinking it was going to be a simple solve.....main line back up. But . ....noooooooo such luck. There was not easy access to the main clean out. ( it is under the house) and per our insurance he could have packed up his tools and left. THANKFULLY Henry is determined to take care of business. He told me....plus showed me so I would understand where the problems are. I am lucky and appreciative of his extra work and caring about helping me. I know there is still work to be done and I can tell you this Henry will be the one getting that call! 1st class guy! Thank you Henry!

Great experience, Henry was friendly, professional and quick!He rooted the drain line in 15 minutes and was gone. I will use his service from now on. Im not sure who he angered but reviews by users like Jack MeHoff are clearly fake.

Afterwards, he clearly explained what the likely causes were and gave me some simple steps to prevent it from happening in the future. Highly recommended.

A simple clog with our washing machine turned into both showers flooding when the toilet was flushed. Henry and his guys scoped the piping and discovered really back cracks in the cast iron piping. As a first time homeowner, this was all extremely shocking because we weren’t sure how to deal with our insurance company to get coverage. Not only did they assist us with homeowner’s insurance lingo, but they helped us prove our case to make sure USAA would cover everything we are entitled to. They were understanding and patient with all our questions, and were reassuring the whole way through despite our apprehensions. As long as we live in San Diego we’ll be going to Drain Rooter USA for all of our plumbing issues!

My daughter lives in San Diego and needed a hand with plumbing concerns with a home she just bought. Henry performed a plumbing inspection on the new home. He gave her many options and a good place to start. I see that there are negative reviews on Henrys however, there are those type of people you cannot please. Unfortunately, we live in a time where cyber bulling is a big part of our lives where people will attempt to harm a persons character over the internet. Henry exceeds all expectations of being plumber. I am very satisfied with his work and knowledge in plumbing. He has given great plumbing advice for my daughter and I am so impressed that he is going to start a remodel at my home in the future.Thanks Henry!
