My sewer line and toilet was backing up once a month for six months. Six different plumbers from other companies came to my house to try to sneak out the pipes and fix the problem. However, it continued to back up. Then, Juan came to my house from Clear Line Sewer, and brought his equipment to snake out my pipes. To our amazement, he found a broken snake line in my pipes! It was over 10 feet long! The broken line was from a snake that should not have been used in sewer pipes. I can’t tell you how relieved I felt to finally have the answer to why my sewer line and toilet was always backing up. It has been 4 1/2 months since he came and I have had no problems!

I am so grateful for Eli and his team. After several cancelations with a different company that left my family with a clogged sewer line for over a week, Eli showed nothing but compassion for my situation. Great! The person that came thoroughly checked our sewer lines and snaked it … took multiple steps to assure everything was super clean on a very cold day I may add. He took more than an hour to ensure we didn’t have any clogs in the shower and toilets.

My clients used clear sewer line and the inspector was great. The house had a broken line connected to the city line which needed to be repaired. They went above and beyond for them and me. He got on a conference call with the sellers and his contractor that had to repair the issue on what had to be done and then checked the photos of the work that was done. I appreciated everything they did and they did it fast and with ease!

As they told me, they arrived within 1 1/2 hours from the first call, cleaned my clogged sewer professionally and efficiently, diagnosed the problem and suggested an affordable way to take care of it. I appreciated their honesty when their suggestion was the least expensive one, which saved me money. Andy was EXCELLENT!!. He arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule. Because it was wet outside, he placed a large tarp on the floor. Even though I told him he didnt have to, he insisted. The night before he asked me to send him a picture of the leak, so he was fully prepared for the job. He explained what he would do and within about 30 minutes he completed the job. Andy was very professional, knowledgeable and nice to chat with. Highly recommend!The company, Clear Line, made the experience very easy in terms of scheduling the appointment and helping with the job. Im glad it is part of the American Water team.

I had a major sewer line backup this past January 2024. I have insurance with America Water Resources (AWR). After two previous visits within a two week period, I had another backup. I called AWR and was told that someone couldnt come out to my house for two days which was not acceptable. I was referred to Clearline Sewer (CLS) by a neighbor and when I called them they were shocked that AWR told me that no one was available because they are an approved vendor for AWR. These guys came out with a van that was fully equipped to handle any emergency. They ran 150 feet of Auger and then used a high powered water gun (similar to a power washer) through my sewer line and my sewer line has been draining perfectly since then. I highly recommend that if you have a sewer line backup, to call Clearline Sewer because there vans/trucks can handle any emergency backup. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Excellent service!I used Clear Line Sewer through a warranty service.The first company that was given to me by the service could not get to me for 4 days and then cancelled earlier today. So frustrating not to have a kitchen sink so close to Thanksgiving and after 4 days of waiting, I expected them to come through!I called the warranty service back and they referred me to CLS. Immediately they made an appointment and Andy called me to say he was on the way- a couple of hours after I called CLS.Andy had me take pictures under the sink and he picked up the parts on the way. 1/2 hour later the job was done and done well.He was polite and likeable from the first contact.I would highly recommend Andy and Clear Line Sewer!

Eric was our tech that came out. Prior to him coming we had another company who tried and failed and said we need to contact a specialist. Eric came out and was very professional and nice. He worked tirelessly to fix the problem (clogged shower drain) but was having a lot of difficulty. He tried many different techniques to unclog it but none seemed to be working (due mostly to the clog and my very old plumbing) Eric did not quit! He finally was in the basement and was able to make some headway with the issue and ultimately pulled out a clog of long hair the size of a racquet ball!!!!Eric was nothing short of phenomenal. He continued to look for ways to fix our problem without giving up. He was here nearly three hours and worked every second of. I cannot speak any more highly of him and CLS - they were outstanding!!!
