Sal provided fantastic same day service for us in a time of need. A wind storm caused a planned power outage and the switch on our breaker was bad so our whole home generator would not push power to the house. Sal not only came through the same day, but drove over an hour to get the replacement part we needed and quickly took care of it for us even though it was late and well past normal business hours. Excellent customer service, truly cares about his customers and went above and beyond for us. We will be calling Sal for all our electrical needs moving forward!

We had a previous handyman and former contractor attempt to fix a complex and mysterious electrical power outage to a portion of our home. Despite his best efforts over two days, he was unable to.We contacts Sal & Sons, and Saul diligently diagnosed all possible issues and had the outage fixed in a short period of time. Furthermore, he was extremely respectful to the household and did not enter any rooms without approval since he was aware I had sisters in the home. Not only was Saul very knowledgeable and professional, I could tell his company does not chase earning an unnecessary dollar, instead wanting to solve the electrical problem. Sal, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable, but what truly sets him apart is his outstanding customer service.We had a major job for Sal, including installing a panel and rewiring a conduit from one side of the house to the other. Everything went smoothly, but this new job was intended to power our new to us but, used hot tub. Sal understood how important it was for us to get the hot tub up and running as quickly as possible. When the hot tub turned out to be faulty, he even came out to troubleshoot on his own time. Additionally, he came out once again to help us disconnect the tub from the system he had just installed, once more on his own time.Sal’s pricing was comparable to others, but his customer service and ability to provide several different options were exceptional and made him stand out from the rest. I contacted Saul to get an EV charger installed at my house. He responded very quickly and set up a time with me to come out and take a look at what exactly I needed. When he got here he was very respectful and explained exactly how everything was going to work and talked with me to make sure that I was going to receive exactly what I wanted. He gave me the best quote out of everybody. I had contacted other companies and they didn’t even make the effort to come to my property to look. They just gave me a quote. He asked when I needed the project done and I said as soon as possible. He was here the very next day, by himself installing everything I needed for my EV charger. He did everything in a timely manner and was very nice and explain everything he was doing step-by-step. Once he was done, he made sure that my charger was working perfectly and insured me if I ever had any issues he would be sure to come back and fix them if needed. He asked exactly what my interest was in the upgrade, so that he could make the best recommendation. I explained that I’m looking to have an electric tankless water heater installed, so I can ditch my gas one. He walked me through the requirements for a job like that, gave me a very fair price, and was able to find a plumber for me who could remove the old gas water heater. He even sent me some great recommendations for a tankless water heater, one of which I ended up buying. They made sure they got that panel finished up in one day, power was only out for a few hours, and they left the area cleaner than they found it, which is huge, and pretty rare in my experience. The water heater installation also went incredibly smoothly. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend any of their services

I had a issue with my breaker and Sal was quick to respond, he easily identified and troubleshoot the problem and was able to fix the issue really quick! Provided me with quotes for additional repairs he recommended. He is very professional and we will be using his company again for any electrical needs we have !

Sal is the best electrician I have ever worked with. He did electric rewiring and outlet installation for my cafe and at my residence. Very polite and clean. Really professional and knowledgeable. Don’t think I will ever need to look elsewhere for any electrical needs as long as he is around.
