I had Elite Seamless gutters installed at my home and again at my office and I am extremely satisfied with the professional service; and most recently removed a fallen 20-foot branch that was snapped during the most recent windstorm. The great advantage of using Elite Seamless Gutters is that they can do more than roof, gutters, siding and windows. As mentioned earlier I had new gutters installed on my home, those seven-inch gutters really improved the look of my home. But then I had Elite Seamless Gutters steam clean my complete house and driveway. My siding looks brand new, and my driveway is brought back to life with no more stains and discoloration that happens over the years. What Elite Seamless gutters has provided has really improved the curb appeal of my home. That is why I recommend Elite Seamless Gutters and use them for all my maintenance and improvement needs.

About 20 birds (exaggerated ) are now TICKED off because they have been evicted by Elite Seamless Gutters. 2 weeks ago the trees came down. The past 2 days it was siding and soffit repair including a beautiful new one above the porch. The company advertises that they do it all…..They do !The company advertises they want to get your job done right….They do !!The company advertises they want to earn your business….They earned mine !Removing trees. We contacted Elite to put in new handrails on a front porch and straighten a retaining wall that had seen better days. Mind you we had contacted other contractors for estimates and no one wanted to show up to do a small job. But guess what Elite did. And they came right out and did an estimate and came back out again because we wanted things changed. The upgrade to her front porch is amazing and the retaining wall is standing straight and sturdy. The friendliness of the crew working was breath taking and the owner truly wants to make his customers happy with also doing it right the first time. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and excellent work that was done and will be definitely using them again. Also I feel like I should say that price we paid was very fair. The crew leader , Devon , politely asked for our business while they were in our neighborhood. Perfect timing as we had a very threatening limb that was headed towards our house . The guys were friendly, polite, happy, all great qualities. So the limb was removed, dead branches cleared and the danger to our property removed. The guys cleaned ip afterwards. HUGE tree? On a hill? Little access?🌟N O 👉P R O B L E M🌟 for these guys!Seriously... W😲W!John & his amazingly talented team of climbers, cutters, trimmers and equipment operators are absolutely 2nd to NONE!I had a massive, 70 Oak tree in a landscaping bed, surrounded by a retaining wall & concrete patios, on a hill, lakeside in Somonauk, IL in the Lake Holiday subdivision.I called three different tree services who told me it was too complicated and dangerous and couldnt (and / or wouldnt) do it. Then I found John on Angies List. Only TWO companies came up as options and after speaking with John, my search was over.He assured me that no job is too small or too big for them to do. The timing was right and they had my tree down safely, literally two days later. It took five guys and nearly two days to get this tree down.At first the $12K price tag seemed ridiculous until I saw what they all did and what was involved. This was a dangerous and very complicated job and absolutely fascinating to watch. The guys were in constant communication with each other and completed the job quickly and safely. Each and every branch was ‘tethered’, “caught” once cut, and then slowly lowered to the ground, picked up and taken away so as to disturb as little of my landscaping as possible. WOW!John (the owner) was very personable, accommodating & clear when explaining everything. He even had the guys cut up the nicer pieces of wood for my firepit and offered to load it into our neighbor’s trailer for him to take away for himself. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up including an area of our neighbors yard that had blown debris in it.Hows THAT for customer service above and beyond the call...! WOW!The company name implies its just a gutter business but check out my photos and youll see the real talent lies in their tree service.Every one of these guys is a class act and you cant put a price on that.Thanks so much for an incredible job, well done!!Anastasia Daleiden Yokosawa

Elite Seamless Gutters, Inc., of Spring Valley, Illinois, exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They recently completed replacing our roof, soffit, fascia and gutters, including gutter guards. It was a large job, involving adding pitches to three flat roofs on our house and garage. They explained everything they were going to do. It looks great! Everyone that worked on this project was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. We are more than satisfied with the end product. It may have cost a little more than some companies would charge, but it is worth every penny.

Though I seldom write reviews of work completed or for the workers that have done that work, I am making an exception this time. My wife and I requested several items to be undertaken by Elite Siding and Gutters of Spring Valley, Illinois. As we learned of their total versatility, we requested more to be done than originally commissioned. We have been more that happy with the quality of work, the materials used, and the fantastic staff that they employ. They replaced sofit, facia, gutters with gutter guards, sofit lights with dimmer switches, as well as various roof repairs. They power washed our brick home, drive, and patio, as well as the aluminum siding above the brick. That aluminum was then primed and double coated with top-of-the-line paint. Our 60-year-old home looks new! When that project was completed, they were able to take down a huge tree in our back yard that a truck could not get to and were able to take it away, grind the stump including roots, fill with black dirt and cover with grass seed. Needless to say, Elite Siding and Gutters are more than a traditional gutter company. They are extremely versatile and very accommodating. We highly recommend them for almost any job. You may find cheaper, but you will not find better!John and Sharon Young, PrincetonPart 2: Written on 8/14/2024We had major projects done by Elite last summer, a year ago. The job was accomplished and the work was beyond excellent quality. While the team was taking a large tree out of our back yard, they mentioned to me about my TV antenna. It is about 60 feet above my home and on a tower. Since they had their quadrapod already there, they simply moved it and did the extra work for nothing, It was fantastic! I go 32 extra channels. I was extremely happy. As the year progressed, wind loosened the clamp and the antenna turned. Obviously it was no tightened enough. I called John French and he said that when the guys were back over here, they would gladly redo it. Since it was not done correctly, it would be taken care of for nothing. They came over and redid the alignment yesterday. The point that I want to make is that John French and Elite are true to their word! They do a job and guarantee their work. I am extremely impressed that someone is still old school and actually take pride in what they do. Their original work was far above expectations. Their workers are great representatives of the company. Without any doubt, I totally recommend Elite Gutters and more, for any job, big or small. I would be happy to walk anyone around the property and show them exactly what was done and answer any questions.Elite Seamless Gutters, listen to every concern I had, addressed the problems I had with home, devised a plan, and they delivered on everything they said they would and exceeded my expectations. When workers arrived, I asked the employees if they minded if I watched, asked questions, and take pictures along the way. None of the employees minded and actually encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. For the first two days, I spent all my time around the employees, watching, learning, and asking many questions. The employees were more than happy to answer all my questions, address concerns, and I learned a lot from watching as well.Knowledge; this company has the most professional workers I have ever encountered. They custom build most all, and the work they do is to the customer 100% satisfaction. Now, at first, I found that a little hard to believe. However; there was a mistake made toward the beginning. Multiple workers, said nope; even if they had to tear everything down and start over it would be no problem at all. One other thing; they will not leave a job until the customers says they are happy with all the work, have no concerns, and everything completed to their satisfaction.I had a pretty big job that required a lot of work. While they were working on my home, I addressed maybe three things I would like done or added. When I addressed this with the workers; they just said yes, we can do that no problem at all. I signed the contract for the work to be done on May 23, 2023. Jason and Malachi arrived June 7 to do the work. First of all, let me say, Jason and Malachi were the best! They were courteous, professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to do a superior job! Because of different issues with my house, they had to do a lot of custom cutting and fitting. I could tell they took pride in their craft. When the project was finished, it looked beautiful! I am completely pleased with my experience with personnel, quality of products and the professionalism of work done. My neighbor was so impressed, she called Elite Gutters the very same day. After locating problem they removed concrete , fixed the spot in pipe that needed removed and re poured concrete , I was able to shower and use my bathroom that evening. I live in a very old home with an old garage and an old patched over driveway. Having no plans to move in the next ten years, my wife and I decided that the time for an overhaul of the garage, garage floor and driveway was long overdue.For starters, I cannot begin to think that there is a contractor who is better suited to handle what my repair job through at John French and the Elite Seamless Gutters crew - who by the way are some of the hardest working, most professional, and honest guys I’ve ever employed.Elite Seamless Gutters and I signed a contract for what was a great price considering all that I wanted and needed done. Unbeknownst to John French was that my overhaul job would require a lot more work and effort on his part to get it completed to his high standard of quality construction and meet the deadline.I really don’t know where to start with the high praise, but here are a few highlights:1) John agreed to have the work done in eight working days. In spite of weather challenges, the work was done as promised.2) Additional gravel was needed for the new driveway due to what was found below the existing surface and to prevent spider cracking in a year or so. I gave him permission to do it right in spite of the fact that John practically apologized for having this unexpected expense.3) I was in constant communication with John throughout the project via phone calls, texts, videos and photos.4) Because I have an older home, there was an immense amount of customization work that needed to be done on the job. This challenge presented no obstacle whatsoever for Elite Seamless Gutters, however; it did require more of their time, but no more money from me. It’s just the manner in which these guys operate and do business.5) The new double garage door with commercial grade opener, stone trim finish, perfectly level garage floor, and beautiful new drive are second to none. This project has increased my home’s curb appeal exponentially.I could go and on about how pleased I am with the results, but I can tell you what really sums it best for me - this morning with a fresh cup of coffee in hand, I walked around in my new garage and just stared in amazement. I had this feeling one other time in my life and that was 28 years ago when I took my daughter to Disney World.You will not regret hiring Elite Seamless Gutters for ANY home repair that you are considering.

These guys are great!After moving into our new home we noticed a flow problem with our rear gutter that was causing drainage into our soffit rather than the downspout.When we initially called for a quote from another company we were told we would need a new roof along with an extensive and expensive upgrade on our gutters.They said they would be happy to do it.. well Im sure!Since our roof was not in bad shape this seemed a little odd.Then came Elite Seamless Gutters!After an initial survey of the situation, John let us know that we only needed a larger gutter. They came out a couple days later and within only a few hours we had new gutters and they even replaced the damage soffit free of charge.Very pleased with the overall experience and we will definitely contact these guys for anything needed in the future.

I had 3 companies to choose and I like him from right outta truck, you get that gut feeling. Gave me a price. I decided 1 week later hands down. Then following week I was scheduled, guys showed up on time. Did great job, cleaned up. I made them stop, and I fed them a hot lunch. They were polite and professional. I also forced them to take a tip for each of them, they said you fed us....I said buy gas, or flowers for wives or whatever. When you get people who come and do a good job you acknowledge them, not just with a check at end....but with respect, and admiration for quality work....every one does something, and it’s great to know when you hire a company they send people who take pride in workmanship. Ok, Im serious when I say how great these guys are. My house is a monster, and it needed it all, which John and his guys did, in less then 3 weeks. Im talking siding, sofitt, fascia, and my front porch. That needed to be jack hammered, and totally rebuilt. At one point we had 11 guys everywhere around house and garage. They completely tore off old wooden siding to start from scratch. Ken and Louis worked tirelessly getting railing put up and that wasnt even part of the job. So thank you to John, Ken, Billy, Ron and Brain (keeping my eyes on you lol) and anyone else I missed. You will always be welcome to stop and enjoy your work with a glass of something cool on our beautiful front porch.Our house is the prettiest on the block or even town. And our front porch is breathtaking.

What can I say, Elite Seamless Gutters are the best. They added and replaced old gutters on my house and garage with new 8-inch seamless gutters. What a difference gutters make. I only had gutters on my garage (not very good gutters at that). Now when it rains, I literally go outside just to watch the water come out of the gutters. What a difference. I love my new gutters.The new gutters complement the color to my house perfectly and job was done in 1 day. The crew was outstanding and run like a well-oiled machine. Job was done perfectly.Seeing the quality of work Elite Seamless Gutters did with my gutters, I asked if they did roofs, I have been in the process of getting quotes on replacing my roof and they replied they do roofs. I had them give me a quote. It was fair price and what I like best is that Elite Seamless Gutters explain the whole roofing process. They explained what and why they use the brand of roofing shingles. They only use the best quality shingles on the market. Also explained their roofing crew setup. Only 1 crew member is laying the roof and remaining crew members are prepping and staging shingles so the job run flawlessly.Elite Seamless Gutters show-up when they said they would. They clean-up and removed all garbage associated with the new roof and gutters. Elite Seamless Gutters even call after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the job they did.My exterior of my house is looks exceptional thank to Elite Seamless Gutters.
