    Craig is one of the most reliable, detail orientated professional builders that have ever hired. He built a deck for me off the back of my house. It is fully covered and built well enough to park a semi-truck on it. I asked for something that will last a long time and this deck will be here for at least 100 years. He normally doesnt build decks, but you would think that this is all he does by how well it came out. I searched high and low for someone that could do the work. The BBB and Google came up with many contractors and it was like searching for a needle in a haystack but after many quotes and opinions, I picked Craig to do the work and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will have him do all of my building needs in the future.

    So, you know how we hear to beware of general contractors? Its true, as it took 7 interviews/estimates before I found Craig. I feel like he basically rebuilt my house as 2 bathrooms and a master closet had to be remodeled from the studs up and the results are beautiful!! Hes established a thriving small business all on his strong work ethic, honesty and willingness to work with the customer to accomplish the task at hand. Afterall, how many business owners do you know who not only touts a 100% satisfaction guarantee but backs it up. Thank you, Craig, youre the real deal!!

    We had Craig from Lalane’s Restoration and Remodeling upgrade our kitchen countertops and backsplash which came out amazing. Because of his professionalism, and attention to detail we then got him to replace our windows that were dated and in need of replacement. I would recommend Craig and his company to anyone looking for quality work.

    Craig has to be the most honest contractor there is in the business. He took his time to explain the process of the job to me and exactly what to expect. There were zero secrets for the cost and no surprises during the process. His work included taking out sliding glass doors, leveling the floor up several inches, installing French doors, and also fixing two ceilings that had cracks from the house settling. There is no doubt that he will be my only call for future projects!

    Craig and his team remodeled my master bath ,installed new doors throughout my home and the masterpiece is my stunning kitchen. He removed a wall and really made my kitchen and dinning area now part of the living space. He can do it all. Hes very helpful with smaller jobs as well. Highly recommend

    We hired Craig to instal tile floors throughout the house, replace all baseboards, install new exterior doors, and reface our fireplace with stacked stone. He and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the care they used protecting the house and furnishings from dust and debris as they were conducting their work. His team was polite and worked hard with a tremendous focus on quality. If the slightest thing did not look right Craig would personally make sure it was taken care of immediately. All in all we could not be more happy with the work done by Lalanes Restoration and Remodeling. You should absolutely call Craig if you have a project. You will not regret it.

    Craig Lalane completed the following projects for me: Took my 20 year old built in entertainment center and made it ultra modern, complete renovation of 20 year old kitchen, Took my master bathroom and converted from a tub small shower combination to a beautiful high-end walk in shower that you would see in a luxury hotel, Installed a beautiful outdoor kitchen on my pool deck. Craig is a master craftsman and the quality of his work will exceed your expectations. I would not hesitate to hire Craig for any home improvement project.

    We contracted with Lalaneβ€˜s restoration and remodeling to build a bathroom addition onto our home. Craig and his team are amazing. He discussed our entire project with us at length, helped us create a plan, and executed our vision with perfection. The quality of his work is so detailed and immaculate and he truly listens to your feedback and incorporates changes throughout the project to ensure that you are happy when it is finished. I was terrified to take on this project at first because I feared the worst hiring a contractor and then having heard horror stories about things gone wrong, I was so nervous. Craig made me feel so at ease and made the process of building this addition so easy. He was always available to answer a question and always showed up on time. I would highly recommend using his services to complete any home addition remodel or restoration. After our project was completed I couldn’t wait to start on the next one.
