    Star State Plumbing is always there when you need them! We have called them in a pinch and they have come right over! Yesterday our water heater broke at 4pm, by 4:10pm someone was here installing a new one! Our night would have been rough but Star State Plumbing saved the day again!!! Can’t say enough about their great employees and the fair pricing! Keep their number on speed dial!!!

    Star State Plumbing technicians are very prompt and the office staff will call to let you know how far away the technicians are from his destination. Forest(technician) was very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented and most of all very quick. I was amazed how quickly he was able to complete the job. He also explained to me what steps he took to help complete the job. I would definitely recommend Star State Plumbing, as long as Forest can be their Technician to my friends or to anyone who needs a plumber.

    Star State Plumbing was recommended to us by another plumber who was unable to address our slab leak. Star State Plumbing was professional and efficient from the beginning to the end of our project. We had the pleasure of working with Richard and some of his other plumbers, all of which were friendly, professional, and on time. Our slab leak required some trouble shooting and patience, and Richard was reassuring and highly responsive the entire time, answering our questions and providing education on what he was planning for the repair. Our slab leak was fixed and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Star State for any plumbing need and will certainly be using them again in the future.

    Forest and a helper came out to replace tankless water heater service valves on each of my two Rinnai water heaters. Forest was very professional and the two of them did a great job. The valves they supplied were also top notch and makes my annual service much easier now. The office was great about keeping me informed of their schedules and the guys were actually able to come out a day early to fix my problems. Great company, great techs!

    I finally got my new well working after waiting almost 2 months for it. It was Friday at about 10am when I needed to have a plumber check my water lines to see if they were free of debris, etc. I called Star State Plumbing at approximately 10:30, and they told me that somebody would contact me between 12 and 2. Robert and Raymond arrived early, checked my lines, replaced my flush valves and made sure there were no blockages in my water pipes. I will recommend Star State to anybody who has any kind of plumbing problem from now on.

    We recently used Star State Plumbing to help solve an issue on a low flowrate through the kitchen faucet. Richard (the owner) came out himself. He was on time and had the problem solved quickly. He even took the time to go through the house while he was here and take care of several other minor issues with bathroom sinks too.     Exemplary Service!! Prior to the purchase of my home, Star State Plumbing made repairs as well as brought up to code several plumbing areas. Seven weeks after the purchase of my home, I had an exterior pipe break. Joe, from Star State Plumbing warranted Star State Plumbings work and addressed the situation in a timely manner.     I was referred this company by another friend and come to find out that it was true! The customer service from Misty who answered the phone was superb and the technicians Clay and Ray were very nice and competent. even though my drain clog gave some problems i felt comfortable that they would not give up until they finished the job. fortunately they cleared it and even cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed and they worked like a true team.. I recommend Star State Plumbing to anyone looking for a fair rate and quick quality service.

    Star State was the fastest available plumber when my water heater went out, and the best quote by far! They completed the job quickly, they were so kind and professional, and my dogs didn’t even second guess them, which I think speaks a lot to their character 😉 they’re coming back out to replace my water softener as well.     Star State Plumbing were honest and hardworkers when they arrived to my home to install a Flood Stop system on the water heater and check the status on my water heater and water softener. Originally I called them up to retrieve a second opinion after another plumbing company arrived at my home. That company failed to mention that my leaking water heater was under warranty from the manufacturer even though I asked them. Now Adam from Star State Plumbing was their rep. at my home. He saw my leaking heater. Next he called the manufacturer to check if it was under warranty. He provided the status on the warranty on the water heater without me having to ask. I discovered that the warranty had expired two days after the previous company had failed to be honest up front with me when they inspected the system. That company wanted to sell a new water heater instead just allowing me to pay for labor to install the new one.I now trust that the owner (Richard) of this company only sends his staff that have good morals and values to their customers, this says alot about honest professionals. Without a dought I recommand this company to family members and friends. I place so much trust with them that they would care for the elders, single mothers, wifes of deployed Service Members, or less mechanically inclined customers.God bless Richard and his staff. May they continue to receive positive reviews from word of mouth. I am now a loyal customer and will stay with them as my #1 plumbers.

    Best plumbing service Ive ever had. Theyve been out twice. First they repaired a broken pipe that had been previously repaired by another company for a lot more money. Second time I thought they were coming to install a shut-off valve, which was going to be pricey but they discovered I already had one that had long been buried. They dug it up, confirmed it still worked, cleaned it up, put a cover on it and put it back. They give you an ETA and then call about 30 mins ahead to confirm. Competent, fair and honest. So glad I found them.

    Hands down the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Very responsive, punctual, and showed up when they said they would. They even came back out to help unhook and hook back up gas lines when they didnt have to. They were very professional and kind and helped us out big time when we needed it. They dont put anyone ahead on the schedule regardless of the size of the job and will take care of you.

    Outstanding, efficient, super-quick service. We discovered at 9:00 AM today our water heater was leaking. I called their office at 9:20 and received a call back at 10:00 AM with a scheduled time window of 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Their plumber Paul actually called at 1:45 PM and was at our house by 2:30 PM. By 4:30 PM, we had a shiny, new, leak-free (yay!), functioning water heater. Paul was efficient, friendly, and didnt mind me asking questions. I think we have a new service provider.

    We had an underground leak and our well company recommended Star State Plumbing, and Im glad they did. I called on a Friday and they told me someone would be out in the morning, provided the forecasted rains held off. Although it had rained some, Clay called to let us know he was coming. He technically arrived early and set to work in finding the problem. Even though the issue was not what anyone was expecting, Clay stayed and worked in the mud to resolve our issue. He stayed pleasant through an unpleasant experience and was able to resolve the problem. I felt like there were a lot of companies that wouldnt have made the trip to begin with and others wouldve left at the first chance. I feel like Ive found my plumbing company.

    I had Richard come over to help with with a repair another plumber quoted at $30k. The other guys told me I had a problem in my slab and they would have to tunnel to repair. Richard came and repaired the problem in a few hours!!! Very honest and far company!!! Before you start cutting your slab open have Richard come over!!!! Or better yet… just call Star State to begin with….

    Richard,Thank you for sending Adam so promptly. He was Professional, Pleasant and very polite. He struggled with seating one of the toilets but he kept smiling. He explained and showed me why it took so much time to repair..I didnt mind because I wanted it to be done correctly. I had a second toilet with sediment stains that I could not remove so I purchased a replacement but he was able to remove the sediment saving me the cost of a new one.I would definitely recommend your company to friends and relatives without hesitation.     True pros! Communicated well; managed expectations well. Showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day without running to the hardware store every other hour. Showed concern for my home as if it were theirs. Ran in to surprises behind the walls the builders provided as we replaced our two water heaters. Brought everything up to speed on time and I love my new tankless. They even fixed a couple of other things at no additional cost to avoid damage if the city system ever backed up. They loved their craft and love teaching me about it and giving me pointers.

    I was very impressed with this company. Wednesday, I had a backed up septic and we only have one commode. A company came out, however, didnt finish due to the rain. They told me I would have to reschedule. When I called later that afternoon, they said it would be Friday. I called several other companies who all said it would be Friday. I then called Star State and when it went to a recording I thought it would be another closed door. However, they called back in minutes and had someone out in less than 40 min. and it was after hours. They stayed and finished while fighting fire ants, heat and a mess. Not only did they clear it, it cost me almost $100 less than the last time I had this done. Adam was informative, friendly and cared. I highly recommend them.

    This was our third time having Star State out and each time they do a great job. The job is done correctly. We had Forrest and Jesse and they were nice and friendly young men. They replaced facets in 2 Bathrooms. The facets took a while, but they worked hard and got the job done in a timely matter.We will continue to use Start State Plumbing.
