    I met Stephanie years ago when I worked for a builder who built and owned neighborhood shopping centers. We worked with her and her staff at Biles Electrical & Mechanical on both HVAC and Electrical work. The work was always done for a fair price, to perfection and on time. There were no complaints about any work done by them. I have since had a few electrical issues at my home and I’ve called on Stephanie a few times throughout the years. Most recently I had an underground pipe break. My first call was to Stephanie who I knew would put my mind at ease and knew she would get it taken care of in a professional and business-like fashion. I knew it would be done on time and most important, it would be done correct. When this job was finished everything was back in place like there was never a problem. I would call no one other than Biles Electrical & Mechanical.Stephanie and her staff are the best.

    Stephanie and her staff at Biles Electrical and Mechanical Contractors responded to a bit of a mishap at our home in March 2024. She sent one of her technicians, Kevin, who spent time assessing the situation and expertly coming up with a solution that not only fixed the problem, but also saved us money in the end! A lesser company would have done as much as possible to inflate the bill. While everyones experience with home service providers varies, I am confident that Biles Electrical and Mechanical will get our business going forward.

    I am thrilled that a colleague at work told me about Biles as I needed some electrical work done. They were easy to deal with, Sharon was VERY responsive and the electricians did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend them. I am glad they do other things beside electrical work as once you find a good company it is great if you can use them for other things!

    Ive used Biles for plumbing work at both my properties and have always been very satisfied with their work. They arrive on time, do the work in a professional manner and always clean up. I highly recommend them.

    There are a lot of HVAC options out there and I after doing some research and getting a referral I went with Biles for recent AC repair issues. Stephanie and Kevin were both knowledgeable and very professional. I plan to continue using them and like that they are a local business.

    I used Biles Electrical on 4 projects, New HVAC System(zone1), Repair the HVAC System(zone2) installed earlier by another contractor, Tankless water heater conversion and last a Service call for a Boiler on a project property. All times they were very professional, the Job was done to high standards with no follow-up issues. The team showed up when they said they would and completed the jobs as they said.I am very happy with Sharon and her team. Well be recommending them all that want an actual Pro to do the work.

    Id like to take this opportunity to say how thankful I am that Biles Electrical exists. My wife and I just purchased a home in East Brunswick and decided to host thanksgiving. The only problem was that we didnt have a garbage disposal and didnt have the time or the skill set to install one ourselves. So I called Biles and they came right away to install it. Better yet, they showed up at the time they said they would and walked me through the entire process while they were there. Not only that, they put back everything where it belonged when they were done. That has never happened before. Biles is definitely a class act.

    Had Biles Electric out a couple of times 1st in fall or 2016 for a water heater replacement, decided to convert to tankless. Jason came out did the estimate and from our conversation I knew he was a pro at what he does, courteous, patient and best of all wasn’t trying to upsell from my original request. When the time came to do the job, the project was done and completed in a timely and professional manor. At inspection time the towns inspector was pleasantly surprised and even commented that the connections they used were not common due to the cost.On the second project I went with a less expensive(not by much) alternative. In the end the original HVAC contractor screwed up the system so badly I had to have them com out twice to try to repair on the third time I ended up calling Biles, they tore down half the previous contractors work, corrected, completed, tested and balanced the system in one days work.I have a second zone HVAC system that will need to be replaced this year and with 0 doubt that Sharon’s team will do the job right the first time.I keep reminding myself that in the end cheap is rarely cheap or worth the price

    I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
