    I was extremely satisfied with the electrical services provided recently! Our electrician, Tucker, was incredibly flexible with his schedule. He gave me extra time to get back home to meet our appointment slot, a courtesy not typically extended by most. Most would understandably depart and wed need to rebook, but not in this case. This demonstrates the companys genuine consideration for its customers, evidenced by their understanding when I couldnt make it on time. Its quite reassuring, especially when delays are beyond our control. Im grateful for their understanding and their ability to make me feel not guilty about the delay. There was also a staff member, Ralph, who kept me updated via text about arrival times, showing understanding when my work ran late. They truly understand that communication is vital! They went above and beyond to ensure we didnt miss our appointment. I appreciate their efforts and Im always pleased when companies demonstrate such care, friendliness, and accommodation for others schedules.     Ralph, logan, and tucker are just fantastic. theyve completed work for us in our previous home and just recently in our new residence doing some substantial electrical upgrades. they enhanced our electrical service to 200 amps, installed outdoor floodlights, put in recessed lighting, and mounted two fans. they also tackled the task of grounding some previously ungrounded outlets. these guys are consistently punctual, courteous, and proficient. they even went the extra mile to assist when my wife twisted her ankle. their communication skills are top-notch and the pricing appears quite reasonable. i would certainly suggest their services!

The job was done punctually and cost me less than the initial estimate. This was because the actual site conditions didnt demand some of the tasks from the original work plan.     We had a comprehensive house electrical system fitted nearly six years ago by Olsen Family Electricians. At that time, I was assured of a 10-year warranty. I typically take such commitments with a grain of salt. However, when a circuit in the system failed a few days ago, it was time to put the warranty to the test. Upon calling, I found the staff to be extremely supportive. They didnt request proof of my purchase, as they already had my transaction documented in their system. No questions were asked, and I was assured that someone would be out the next day to assist. True to their word, Jeffrey arrived to rectify the issue. Despite being delayed in traffic, he made sure to call and inform me he would be a little late. Upon arrival, he braved the extreme heat of the Splendora summer (attic temperatures can reach 130 degrees on hot days) and got to work in the attic. He replaced the faulty circuit and also tightened the electrical panel. As he was leaving, he noticed that the remote controls for the electrical system were malfunctioning. Without hesitation, he replaced them free of charge. Despite the sweltering heat, Jeffrey maintained a cheerful and helpful demeanor throughout his visit. He was also conscientious about not dirtying the contents of the walk-in closet, where the attic access is located. He used a blanket to protect the contents from any falling insulation and dirt. Overall, Olsen Family Electricians lived up to their promise of a ten-year warranty, performing the necessary repairs promptly, cheerfully, and meticulously without any cost to me. I dont usually write reviews, but I felt it would be negligent not to share this positive experience.

    Im not much of an electric whiz, but every member of the crew, particularly eli, tucker and caden, were really courteous. they swung by and put in a new sub panel or something like that (again, im not an expert in electric stuff) in our home in splendora. this was to handle the tesla wall charger that needed installing. all the work was reasonably priced and they had it all done in less than 3 hours from getting started.
