    Reached out to Magnify Electric truly based on the reviews to install a chandelier above my kitchen island. Im pretty handy, but when I removed the light fixture the previous owner installed, I realized it was not done correctly or up to code at all. Turned out it was a danger waiting to happen.Magnify Electric was quick to schedule a consultation. Got a text with my electricians name, picture, and he was on time. Jeff Malta showed up at my door - he was spectacular! Jeff was exceptionally informative, took his time to thoroughly diagnose the situation, talked me through each step, and gave me over five (5) different price options based on my vision. All fair with various solutions. PLUS, he provided a complimentary inspection of my electrical boxes (inside and out).When I agreed to one of the options, he said okay, Ill get to work and completed the job right there and then. Didnt have to wait or reschedule.He was a blast and very personable which made me trust him even more that I was being well taken care of.Installation was beautiful and exceeded all my expectations.     Tom did an amazing job. He got here in a timely manner and was able to resolve our breaker from constantly tripping while the landscapers are working on our yard. He also replaced my gfi in my kitchen and gave me quotes on a whole house surge protector and installing an EV charging station. Excellent work. I highly recommend.

    Magnify electric did an amazing job installing all the chandeliers in our home! We had installed 6 different lights and 1 car chargers and all of them were installed incredibly well and with great professionalism.One of the chandelier came with broken glass and they were so generous to come back after almost 2 months to get the glass installed.Another chandelier of ours was a tough one with limited space and 2 story chandelier. They came with all the tools and installed the lights so beautifully.Thank you Magnify electric for doing such an amazing job. We would definitely recommend you to all of our colleagues for any electrical needs.

    Great experience with Gary from Magnify Electric!I called this morning to Magnify Electric to schedule a service. Several minutes after scheduling, I received a call from Gary Lensing, which shortly after that arrived to my house. That was within half an hour from my initial call. Very fast response!Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me a competitive estimate, and did a great job. I did not expect to get more than an estimate today, so I was very happy he was able to get the job done as well!Overall I had a great experience with Magnify Electric and will be happy to use them in the future.

    Tayler & the team at Magnify did an incredible job with our electrical renovation. Our 1940s home lacked GFCI and needed a sub-panel upgrade. We decided to add some exterior sconces and new garage lighting in addition to some new outlets on the exterior of our home. They were a blast to have around, did a fantastic job, and ensured they cleaned up everything after they left. They completed all the work at the exact price that they quoted beforehand.     A bad thunderstorm with a close (but not direct, thank God) lightning strike a few weeks ago caused $3500 worth of equipment damage at my house. Two neighbors were similarly affected.Our home insurance deductible being quite high, we had to repair and replace everything ourselves. Not desiring a similar experience later, we wanted to install a whole house surge protector.We researched and found very few options to get a free estimate. Fortunately, Magnify does a free inspection and up-front, no surprises estimate.We scheduled an appointment and Jeff from Magnify showed up today, right at the beginning of the scheduled time band.Jeff was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He opened and inspected both main and inside electrical panels, then gave a decent and affordable flat rate estimate for the surge protector and installation. He was also very honest and explained that no surge protector in the world can protect against a direct strike. The surge protector itself has a lifetime warranty and $100k max cover in case equipment gets damaged provided it wasnt a direct lightning strike. We gave the go-ahead and Jeff quickly installed the protector and new switch inside the panel. Amazingly, during the installation, we didnt lose power in the house. Jeff also kindly looked at a few other things we needed fixing and explained what needs to be done and gave an estimate. We will get those done as well as soon as Jeff can schedule it.If you have a house in greater Austin and dont have whole house surge protection, I strongly urge you to get Magnify do a free inspection and estimate ASAP and get Jeff to install it - dont be in our situation where we had to pay for a lot of damaged or destroyed equipment!

    Tom is truly a master of his craft. This is probably the 5th time Tom has worked on our house, and the work is always to the highest quality and standard.     Gabe was the experienced, professional electrical tech who came to help us with our garage doors that wouldnā€™t close. It turned out to be a breaker issue. He educated me and wanted to be sure I knew how to reset it. He also repaired our doorbell, and put a cover on the place in the attic, that was not up to code. He also put new light bulbs in our closet. The fixture had been screwed on much too tightly. Gabe did all this with a smile and helpful attitude. I recommend Magnify Electric.

    For the second time in six months I called on Magnify for help. This time they replaced two fluorescent light fixtures in my garage ceiling with new LED fixtures. Tom showed up right on time and replaced the old fixtures, which were almost two stories high (itā€™s a tall garage). It made me dizzy to watch him work, but he completed the job quickly and the lights are 100% better than the old ones. Another great job.

    Tom of Magnify Electric LLC did a great job today fixing a botched attempt by another vendor to get our new under cabinet LED light strips to work right.He also did a review of our existing electric system and discovered, and fixed, a mismatch between the max load for our 2 HVAC compressor units and the size of the breakers for those units.Finally, he let me know the current national electrical standards for new houses included a requirement that every new home built now must have a full house surge protector. We didnt have one because our house was grandfathered, but I asked Tom to install one for us to protect our appliances and electronic equipment from damage.Throughout his visit, Tom was upbeat and client friendly, and yet still was focused on the job at hand. He is good at his job, and I believe he is one of the best professional vendors Ive known.

    The work was quick and efficient. It really took less than an hour put a whole house surge protector on my outer panel and to put a 240 line in my garage for an EV charger. The charge for the whole house surge protector was more expensive and I know that included the price of the protector itself but it just seemed maybe a bit expensive for the two items to be about $950.

    Scott did a great job installing a dining room light fixture. It was a fragile piece and he was careful(even wore gloves so as to not smudge the glass) I will refer business to yā€™all. Great job!

    I got in over my head with a ceiling fan replacement. Radiant was able to come out the next day. They did a perfect job with the fan replacement, an outdoor outlet that had been giving us trouble, and went the extra mile when (through no fault of theirs) we needed them to come back not once but twice for continuing issues with the wiring. They were courteous, punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable.
