    We recently had some electrical work completed by the team at Spencer Heat and Air, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They were professional, friendly, prompt, and true problem-solvers. The project included adding two new light switches to create 3-way switches between the laundry room and master bedroom, repairing and securing ceiling fans, tightening loose outlets, and installing new light fixtures. Zane and Keith did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company and their skilled electricians for any future projects you may have!

    Have always got back to my calls when need. Have called them on the weekend when my Heat & Air has not worked. They have come out and fix the problem quickly and respectfully, always polite and courteous. Always letting me know when they will arrive and what is going on with the unit, I can always count on Spencer to let me know. They will be there to take care of the situation. They even came out on a Sunday when the temperatures were getting down to 20 And I needed the heat to be fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very reliable.

    During the hottest week of the year with temperatures of 104 degrees, my air conditioner failed. I received a recommendation for Spencer from a friend so I called and they had someone out here immediately. I had two other companies look at the HVAC and in the end, I went with Spencer because they were professional and knowledgeable. All of their representatives were helpful and polite. In one day, in spite of the heat, I had a new HVAC system installed. I highly recommend this company. They are locally owned and unlike some other heating and air companies that advertise a lot, they are honest and reasonable. The technicians are so nice and helpful. They are absolutely the best!

    First class service from Demitree and Devon. They listened to me when I described how our AC system was acting up and then they immediately found the issue. Turned out to be a small part that they kept stocked in their company truck. Even though this was a service call, they continued to do extra things like clean the outdoor unit, flush out the drain, etc. Super honest, fast and treat you like a VIP. Ive dealt with others where they just try to push you into buying a new AIR system, which doesnt give me much COMFORT when a tech seems more like a sales person and their SOLUTIONS mostly involve spending a lot of money. Not gonna name any names though. Spencer Heat & Air is the best!

    I rarely leave reviews but Spencer Heat & Air went above and beyond in two different services! They have earned a loyal customer here.For one, they confirmed that I did not in-fact need a new AC unit when a separate company wanted me to purchase a new one for what seemed a simple fix. They then walked through how they confirmed no unit was needed and where the first company made that error.I’ve had Spencer Hear & Air back since to service my heater and they have been outstanding.Great local company that values quality and integrity.     Greg salesmen came in shook my hand and told what needed to be done to do the job right. I told my budget $10k and it couldn’t be a penny more and Mike and his crew came in 3/19/20 and made it happen the was very polite and well mannered. I needed 3 estimates but went with 5 estimates 2 companies never returned my call 1 was ok but I didn’t like his brand. The company with the brothers 👯‍♂️ sent a rude salesman that was giving me appraisal on heat and air system that wasn’t capable with my gas system and it was old outdated system and he refused to shake my hand. Imagine that I got $10k to spend and your company’s don’t follow up. That’s why their price seems to beat others wrong or old system. Greg @Spencer H&I shook my hand and was the the one company to follow up with me and offered to loan me portable heaters due to knowing I had no heat in my home from 1/20 to 3/20 got me a rebate and filled out out warranty paperwork with Lennox the system is Great!     I was recommended to Spencer H&A from a neighbor years ago. Used them to service/limp along a very old unit until I could sell my home in MWC. We then used them at my partners home in Choctaw to install and service a new unit. We recently purchased a brand new home in McLoud and had a mini-split installed in the garage.     We were having some problems with our air conditioner and called Spencer Heat & Air to come take a look. My husband called at 8am and they were here before noon to servic our AC. We had Mike and Dillon out to do the repairs today and they were both wonderful. They were able to assess the problem, and fix the problem quickly. We will make sure to ask for Mike and Dillon the next time we need a maintenance check for our AC as they were both kind, hard working and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.

    Tl;dr - personable, helpful, and professional service at a great price!We had a fantastic experience with Spencer Heat & Air and our assigned tech. We called in the afternoon, but the office was understanding and helpful, scheduling a tech out the same day. Our tech was punctual, arriving very early in the time window estimate we were given, and he was able to diagnose our issue and even implement a temporary fix within an hour. That meant we were able to still use our unit until we could be scheduled for a full repair.We didnt even have to wait that long, however, as we received a call back from the office not much later. I was talked through our service options, and had our repair scheduled first thing next morning.The same tech was sent out, once again right on time (feels very rare), and our unit was promptly repaired with no issues.Spencer Heat and Air helped make a very frustrating and urgent issue about as painless as it could possible be. Overall we had a great experience at every point. While I we hope we wont have to, given the need we will absolutely be repeat customers.

    The techs were very fast and prompt! The AC went out unexpectedly last night and not only did they call first thing in the morning to tell me when they were expecting to be here, they called back and asked if it was okay to show up earlier than the original quoted time (YES!). They were in and out in about 30 mins and the man I spoke to was very friendly as well. Im 9 months pregnant so needless to say having cool air again makes me want to cry tears of joy.
