    I wish there was a 6th star, for the 5 star rating! They met me at my new (new to me) house to go over the upgrades I wanted. Taylor was patient with me and listened to what I wanted. He told me hed provide me a detailed cost breakdown, which he did. I reviewed it, asked questions (which he answered), then we made some changes to better fit what I wanted to do with what I wanted to spend. He even made some suggestions that were BETTER than what I wanted, but at a lower cost. That is a great example of understand exactly what your client needs.The work was done very well, and his people were very respectful of my schedule and my house. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me in the loop as things progressed. At certain stages, they worked with me on my schedule, and around availability of certain items (availability and delivery of a glass shower door, for example). They ALWAYS communicated with me, and arrived when they said they would. In todays world, that means a lot.They did electrical upgrades in my kitchen, garage, and downstairs extra room; upgraded a bathroom with a sliding barn door, new fixtures, and beautiful tiled shower; and installed two security doors for me.Bottom line, they communicate well, care about what theyre doing, and do great work. That is the definition of excellent client service. Trust them to do the same for you. Thank you again, Taylor.

    Taylor and his staff are phenomenal. Taylor gave me an estimate on rewiring my historic home, which had old knob and tube mixed with newer wiring, in January 2021. It was several months later that I had the work done, and from the day of the estimate to the day his crew finished the job, I was 100% satisfied. His crew rewired the upstairs of my home and installed new ceiling fans, lights, switches, outlets, and a new electrical panel. The job took exactly how long Taylor estimated. His crew, headed up by Brandon and Ryan, showed up on time, kept me in the loop as they went along, and cleaned the worksite daily. Taylor runs his business so efficiently, and his staff are so hard-working and professional, that it made what could have been a stressful five days a breeze. I cannot adequately Express how thankful I am to have found Planet Connections. Thank you, guys!

    Outstanding job. These guys installed a new 200amp panel for my garage with a 30amp RV outlet on the outside. Couldnt be happier. Price was well below other quotes I had. ( by a lot). They always returned my calls and Emails. I highly recommend thos company and will definitely be using them again.

    We’ve had these guys out three or four times for some fairly advanced work. They’ve always done a really good job and we recommend them highly. Jerry and Kyle were the ones who came out this time and they went beyond our expectations to make sure the wires in the basement were out of sight. They did a really professional job of installing multiple new outlets and switches in my husbands basement workshop.

    Taylor was very professional. He fixed an outlet in my bedroom that I accidentally blew out. He had it repaired in about 10 minutes. Taylor and the guys at Planet connections are top notch.     We moved back to Spartanburg and have used Taylor and his guys on remodeling, electrical work, lighting, fans and tv installation as well as refinishing and repainting our deck. Theyre always professional and do a great job at everything they do. Very versatile and knowledgeable. Great group of guys.

    I have called Planet Connections several times to make repairs, install equipment, replace a panel box, and they have done an excellent job. If fact they replaced all of my floresent lights with LEDs and I got a big fat rebate and lower power bill. These guys do great work. Prices are very reasonable, too.

    My experience with Taylor and his team has been wonderful and they deserve every 5 star review. Taylor gave the best quote with extremely fair prices (I received another quote from someone that was $400+ more), and he genuinely seemed excited about my kitchen remodel and to be part of the project. Taylor and his team did an amazing job and they treated my kitchen like it was their own and not just another job. They are truly a great group of honest, hard-working guys and I will call them for anything I need in the future and recommend them to everyone I know!

    This company is great! Joel came out to install some rather heavy chandeliers. He was able to show me that the existing hardware to hold up the fixtures wasnt adequate and he upgraded the hardware to what I needed, to be safe and to look great. They made sure that the hanging height was perfect for viewing. I will definitely be using their services again for future projects.

    Taylor is who we call for EVERYTHING! We met him a few years ago when he was sent out to fix the a.c. at a house that we were renting. Now that weve bought a house, we go to him for whatever we need. From the a.c. to the man cave. The fence to the deck. Hes such a great guy, with a great team, and great prices. If youre getting work done in your home and not calling Taylor, youre doing it wrong.
