    Best experience Ive ever had with a contractor. Russ, as the project manager and his crew answered every question or concern I had with promptness and professionalism. Russ communicated to me every step of the process from picking a good spot for the generator, to the permitting process, and final inspections. EM Electric is very lucky to have someone like Russ working for them. He is the first person you hear from and see that will either make or break the deal. I 100% recommend EM Electric to do your generator install.

    A+++. Literally the best experience Ive ever had with any service provider.Russell and his team of Michael and Michael from EM Electric far exceeded any expectation I had.They reset the bar for customer service.EM Electric installed a 22 kW Kohler standby natural gas generator.There is absolutely no evidence, other than the generator, they did any work at my home.They were courteous, professional, conscientious, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about their product and the process.There was no pressure during our initial engagement.I interviewed four service providers, two generac and two Kohler, and settled with EM Electric to install a Kohler, which is the far better product.Its cliche but Russell has become like family.He is empathetic and cares about the actual individual and the work that is being done more than making a dollar.Michael, his lead technician, blew me away with his technical acumen an expertise.Unlike the other three prospective service providers, EM Electric, with Michaels guidance, did not need to tear apart any portion of my house to run the electric from one side to the other. He found an alternative solution to mitigate any significant construction.Despite the project being completed a few weeks ago, our relationship continues.It almost sounds to good to be true but its not. We found the diamond in the rough.Would highly recommend.

    The best experience Ive had with a contractor and Ive had them all. Russ Virgilio came out to our home and answered all of my questions including a few I didnt think to ask! All of his guys did an outstanding job installing our new Kohler generator. Kudos to his point man Mike. NO more power outages for us!I highly recommend EM Electrical Contractors for your next project.

    We had a 20 kilowatt Kohler generator installed by EM Electrical Contractors. I would definitely recommend them if you wanted to install a generator at your home or business. Russ Virgilio of EM was our general contractor for our installation and he took care of everything from start to finish. The entire EM staff; from the office staff to the installation crew were professional, courteous and most importantly efficient. Overall, a job well done!

    We had a Kohler Generator installed by EM Electrical. The service was great. They were very careful, strategic and detailed throughout the whole installation process. Russ was extremely helpful in explaining the installation process, how the system works and how to use the correlated app. I would highly recommend them for generator installation.

    Working with EM Electrical was a pleasure. All of their personnel were courteous, helpful and on time. They did everything possible to make our project flow smoothly. The communication with Russ was great and he was always available to answer questions about our Kohler generator installation. He kept us informed every step of the way.     Russ and his team at EM installed a Kohler generator. The process was smooth from the beginning. Russ was very responsive. He always kept us informed about next steps. We just got it installed, so I cant comment on how it works if the power goes out, but so far Im impressed with the service. Based on my experience so far, Id highly recommend Russ and EM Electrical.

    Others have said it and we found it to be true as well. Russ Vigilio and the EM Electrical team are absolutely fantastic. Russ, from first contact through project completion on our standby generator, has been unbelievably attentive and made sure everything was done right and we were satisfied. The technicians who did the work were all friendly, professional and made sure their work was done to the highest standards. Every project has something unexpected and Russ made sure to address it not only to our level of satisfaction but his own (and his bar is high). Would recommend to anyone that they consider working with this excellent company and team.

    EM electrical just completed the installation of our new standby generator. The entire team did a fantastic job! Russ Virgillo was the project manager and was awesome to work with. Russ walked me through the process from start to finish, and was always available and super responsive. I couldnt have asked for better project manager. The installation team was amazing and exceeded my expectations. They they were on time, super friendly, super careful, and incredibly knowledgeable. If anyone is looking to install a standby generator for their home, there is only one company to go with; that is EM Electrical.

    My husband and I were so pleased with the professional, knowledgeable and caring employees at EM Electrical Contractors. Russ was our first contact when requesting an estimate for a full house generator and he couldnt have been more kind, understanding and especially caring person.     Having a stand-alone generator installed is quite a process. Having EM electrical contractors due the work was one of my better decisions. Russ and his team did a great job from start to final approval.

    We first spoke to Russ who gave us all the info needed to make a decision. Michael and Anthony performed excellent work as per our town inspector. The entire experience was much easier and faster than expected, and Russ was with us every step of the way. Highly recommend this team for your generator needs!     You could get a generator from another company, Im just not sure why you would want to. My recent experience could not have been better. Starting with Russ who explained everything thoroughly and took the time to understand our needs. Tracey in the office who was in constant contact with scheduling and billing. Their installation team was courteous, conscientious, and professional. Russ explained step by step what would happen, stayed in constant communication with me the entire time, and was there personally for the final inspection from the town.I cant recommend them enough, and am planning on having some lighting work done by them soon as well. Youll have a great team to work with at EM Electrical Contractors!

    I hired EM Electrical to install a 20 kg Kohler generator at my home. I have to compliment the entire staff at providing such excellent service starting with Russ Virgilio, Business Development Manager, Mike Haliscak, Operations Manager, Mike Raperto, Lead Installer, Jimmy, Installer (forgive me, I forgot your last name), Mike Haliscak Jr., Installer and Dawn Ebeling, Accounts Receivable. They were always available for any questions I might have and they all did an outstanding job. Since it has been installed, we have lost power 8 times and like clockwork the generator went on. What a relief! I have animals in my home and it is so important we have power. I highly recommend EM Electrical! They are truly outstanding and will do a great job for you as well! Five Stars!!!!
