Jiri Svoboda was recommended to me from Ryland Home Builders in 2007 when I needed to enclose a large doorway with French doors to create an office. He did a magnificent job! He is a master in carpentry and drywall. Since that time, he has completed the following tasks for me:Inspected my second home before I purchased it in 2012 and his inspection was on point. At that time, he gave me an estimate of all the work I needed completed so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Thereafter, the added benefit was that he did most of the remodeling.He added a closet to an unused room and matched the crown molding and doors to create a forth bedroom that fits seamlessly into my home;He removed 2400 square feet of popcorn ceilings and left them flawless;Removed a wall between the breakfast room and the family room creating a great room;Built solid wooden shelving in the entire rear of the two-car garage and a ramp into the shed;I highly recommend Jiri for home inspection and any needs regarding carpentry and home improvement. He is professional, respectful of your home and cleans up perfectly after the job.
