B&R has had to come out to our house a few times for some warranty work and every time its been a fantastic experience. Each time it was Kevin who came to our house and each time he fixed the issue all while keeping us updated and informed along the way. Very pleased!!

Called them to quote a leaky trap. They came out 2 days later and took a look then photos and a quote 20 minutes later. Fantastic service and Michael was very personal and the most professional plumber ever!! Highly recommend and just referenced to my neighbors as well.

I had a plumbing emergency and didn’t know who to call. My kitchen sink and bathroom toilet we bubbling and overflowing. I called another company that came up on google search. They came out and spent 3 hours trying to snake it. They told me they needed to come back the next day to try again and said it would now be $2000 with no guarantees. My daughter told me to call B & R plumbing. They came out that same day and cleared the clogged pipe in 10 minutes. They were 1/6th the price of the other company and the plumber, Ron Shores, was amazing. He was very professional. I was so happy and appreciated the company and owner Steve, for being honest and not taking advantage of an urgent situation. I have already told my neighbors about them and to use them if any plumbing needs ever come up. They are honest, hard working and professional. Kudos to an amazing business and everyone that works there. Thank you B & R plumbing.

Wow! I am so grateful for B&R!! The plumbing issue i needed service for turned out to be bigger than expected and technician Michael was beyond helpful in getting it taken care of for me. He had the best customer service, was thorough and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I will never use another plumbing company for as long as I live here and have happily recommended B&R to my friends and family.

Called them for friends of mine that are older. They have used them years ago, set up the appointment one of the plumbers came out for a estimate. Let us know what they needed since my friends wanted to supply the parts, so Ron from B&R plumbing of Spanaway came out a week later installed everything and they are 100% satisfied. I used B & R to do the rough-in for a new duplex I’m building. I wanted to provide my own sinks and fixture so they gave me a bid for rough-in and setting of trim. The price wasvery completive and the two plumbers they sent out to do the rough-in did a great job. I was very impressed with their work and recommended them to a contractor buddy of mine and he too was happy with their work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had a leak somewhere in the home. Found it was between house and street. Called another company who came out and could not find it and didn’t look hard. Just told me to call a location service that costs $500. Also stated to run a new line was $4000 and found a waste line under house that needed repair for $2000. Had a bad feeling so called B&R Plumbing for a second opinion. Alex came out and asked what the issue was. Told him about other company and he got to work to find the leak. Spent time under the home and not only found the leak, fixed it and resolved the waste line issue. But the bill was $585.00. Along way fro lm $6000 the other company quoted. The waste line only needed to be re strapped up so not sure why the $2000 quote. Also did not have to spend $500 on locating service. Thank you Alex and B and R you saved me money. Don’t call anyone else I won’t.

We are attempting to move and ran into several obstacles due to negligent builders. The builders abandoned us, didnt pay their warranties nor other companies for services. (we did not know this before purchasing our house and later discovered that they hadnt paid the supply company for building material of several houses in my neighborhood AND for plumbing services... awful) Finally, we discovered that the company had been dissolved. Our insurance would not cover any of the issues concerning our house because it was not a sudden accident so we were out of luck. We called B & R plumbing company and three times they came to our house to assist us. They were prompt and thorough and so understanding of our predicament. In future, we will conduct all of our plumbing business with B & R because we are so very grateful. The owner (? I think it was the owner) told us that he never leaves a job unfinished. I found it refreshing and admirable that he kept his word, a rarity these days. So thank you B & R for all your integrity and assistance. It is much appreciated.
