I recently had the pleasure of working with RCM Electric and I must say, Im impressed! Rick and his team replaced my electrical panel, moving it from the exterior to the interior of my home. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.Firstly, Rick was fantastic at communicating throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, which made me feel confident that the job was being done properly. His attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions I had was greatly appreciated.Additionally, the price they offered for their services was extremely competitive compared to other companies I had researched. I was trying to replace a couple of outlets myself and ran into some problems. I called Rick from RCM Electric and he was able to squeeze me in on his schedule and was over within a couple of hours. I explained what I did and he was super nice to walk me through what I did wrong. What person or company would have done that. None that Ive ever dealt with before. Rick was the sweetest guy ever. He didnt make me feel stupid for trying to do it myself. If I ever need any electrical help Rick is the guy I will be calling and so should you. Great service from a great guy. Rick came out today and installed a new electrical panel. My house is nearly 100 years old and I was concerned it was unfixable, but RCM Electric switched out the panel in just a few hours! What a relief! I highly recommend him and will be sure to call him with future issues and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Owner Rick showed up to restore power to a single room. Woke up to no power in the entire master bedroom/bathroom. Rick talked me through a couple troubleshooting procedures which I tried without success. He came out and while I was showing him the breaker panel he reached up and flipped a switch on the old school emergency generator panel for when the power goes out. He told me to check now. It took less than 10 seconds for him to diagnose and repair the problem. He couldve recognized the problem and then proceeded solving it for an hour or two and charge me. But he reached up and flipped the switch and said go look and it was fixed! No charge!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Granted my experience may differ but the fact that Rick is an honest man with strong character and the highest integrity remains true. One day Ill need an electrician again and RCM will be my go to.
