    We had a pipe burst in our wall and John’s was recommended to us by a neighbor. They were here very promptly and had the issue fixed quickly. Both of the service guys were very nice and explained everything well. The charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

He not only fixed the problem, he swapped some connections and fittings along the way (at no additional charge) to bring it up to his standards to avoid future issues.     I have been trying to get a couple projects completed for weeks. A friend recommended Johns Plumbing. I called them yesterday, got an appointment for this morning and 3 projects were completed very quickly. Devon was polite, extremely professional and explained what he was doing as he did it. I will use them again when needed and will highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. It seems difficult to get this kind of responsiveness right now, but Johns Plumbing was fantastic.     Called Johns Plumbing Wed. about a leak causing our water bill to increase. Friday Devin from Johns Plumbing came to the house and in short order fixed three minor leaks and determined there was a larger leak between the house and the street. He soon discovered a crack in the main water supply pipe coming from the meter and had it fixed in short order and at a reasonable price. We cant say enough about Devin making quick work of our water problems and will not hesitate to call Johns Plumbing for our next plumbing need and can easily recommend Devin to anyone needing repairs.

    Little John ofJohn’s plumbing did a fabulous job. he was very professional. He had the equipment necessary to diagnose the problem which he did in a timely fashion. when it was determined what needed to be done, he made a couple of phone calls and inside of 10 minutes. There was a team there. I highly recommend him and will be calling again should the need ever arise.

    Repaired my hot water heater on the same day as that I called.Devin came to my home and was very articulate about the problem. He explained everything that he was going to do. Devin finished the repair in short order and I was very happy with the work completed.     Little Joe came out on 7-20-23 to install a new faucet, soap dispenser, button for the garbage disposal which he had to reinstall all due to having a new sink put in. First may I say this was the first contractor that was ringing our doorbell at 9am our window was 9-10 OMG. Little Joe was amazing so friendly and just amazing. He took his time to talk to us.     Very responsive to troubleshoot water heater leak & low water flow in hot water faucet. Tried to repair water heater first by replacing some gaskets, but after filling tank with water the leak continued in a seam. For hot water faucet, after clearing debris, replaced cartridge. Back in operation within a couple of hours! Very professional. Excellent service.

    Devin was punctual, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set about correcting the issue. He checked his work and the surrounding area at least three times. At my request he rechecked the hot and cold water connectors and advised that the hot water side was showing some minor corrosion. Not significant at this point but possibly in the near future replacement might be necessary. Devin recommended we turn off the water when not on the island as a precautionary measure. Very satisfied with his service and would certainly recommend him and your firm.

    Had a hose stuck to the spigot compounded by the spigot itself leaking. Devin was amazing. First it was freezing cold in the morning for our area and for an outside job but it didnt phase him. For fixing the leak occurring after the hose was removed, the water needed to be shut off. I had no clue where the water stop box was. We thought the city would have to be called to come out to find it. But Devin searched and searched and finally found it beneath the larger than life Azalea bushes in the yard. He was very professional the whole time and showed pictures of the repair to me, which confirmed from my Googling what I expected the problem to be. This company will most certainly be my go to plumber, as all possible, in the future.

    Johns Plumbing installed a new hot water heater for us in December. Forward six months, the Friday before the 4th of July weekend (with company coming to town) we found ourselves without hot water. Johns Plumbing came over the same day we called them, discovered the problem, ordered the part and on Saturday morning came back over to install so we would have hot water for the holiday weekend. Forward three weeks later, we have no hot water. Again the same customer service. Within 36 hours we had a new hot water heater. This was a faulty hot water heater and no fault on Johns Plumbing. Just excellent customer service. Thank goodness we were under warranty.
