    We contracted with Corey and team to build a retirement home on Oak Island. The results are amazing and we will have a lifetime of enjoyment and relaxation with our family and friends.     Sligh homes did a complete remodel of our kitchen and both bathrooms on our rental condo in Sea Trail at Sunset Beach NC.     We had a deck that needed some love and decided to have it re-done in Trex. Corey was very responsive to our initial request and throughout the project. He and his crew were professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Wilmington area. There is good reason he is a highly rated Trex installer.     What a pleasure it was to work with C&A Residential Group to build our new deck. Corey, the owner, has a work ethic and attention to detail that is often not seen today. He was professional, polite, communicative, punctual, and knew the Trex products extremely well. While he has a team of workers (also very polite and competent), he was present for most of the construction. He worked efficiently, but never rushed, to make sure every detail was as it should be. He clearly takes pride in his work! We LOVE our new deck and would 100% recommend Corey and his team!

    C&A Residential Group completed a 1,000 square foot deck around my in-ground swimming pool.  This project was more complicated than most because I wanted the decking to cover the concrete surrounding the pool to have a uniform look.My experience with Corey and his team was phenomenal from the bidding process through completion.    Corey was punctual, listened to my vision, provided me with multiple quotes based on my material selections.Once the selections were made, he let me know when his team would begin work and how long he thought the job would take.  His team arrived daily, on time and worked through the day.   Corey was on site 90% of the time.  The project finished on time and on budget.I was most impressed with the forthright honest communication.  For example, they chipped a piece of siding during the install process and immediately I received a knock on the door to let me know. They replaced the siding and ensured that I was satisfied with the result.The deck itself is fantastic.  The framing was built strong and should last for decades to come.  The picture frame look is pristine.   The decking wrapped all the way around the coping and all of the screws are under-mounted making for a clean look and safe surface!The end result has transformed our backyard space.  I highly recommend C&A Residential for your next home improvement project.  Corey and his team will not disappoint.

    Corey and his C&A team of professional carpenters, tore out an old deck and replaced it with a Trex. The new deck is a HUGE improvement to our yard and property value.The job was done on time and as promised. The team was very polite and professional. They cleaned up each day and were a minimal disruption during the construction. They checked in with me throughout the job and made suggestions for improving the job (at no added cost).They did such a good job, we also hired them to replace our sliding patio doors. Again, a HUGE improvement and all the same work qualities as I described above.I will use them again and highly recommend C&A for any construction projects you have, large or small.

    Corey’s team has done multiple projects on our home. The first one was a fully exterior siding job that was done quickly and turned out looking great. We had our first consultation within 48 hours of reaching out and the job was completed shortly after in the time frame we were told. After doing such a great job the team came and did a conversion project that turned out amazing. It was completed within a few weeks and is now the most used area in our house. Both the exterior and interior work was well thought out, with additional extra touches only a contractor would think of. His crew is top notch and very personable. All in all both management and team members are extremely happy and proud and do a great job. Pricing is reasonable and he came very highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to everyone.

    We engaged C&A Residential Group LLC to build a pergola attached to our back porch. There are numerous companies that could build a pergola, gazebo, decking, do home improvements - this company is extremely professional, neat, creative, timely and Corey Sligh and his crew are fantastic craftsmen! They worked with us on special touches that we wanted beyond a basic pergola. They were excited to join in with our creativity. They have such positive attitudes and were wonderful to work with. Had the upstairs flooring and carpet replaced, remodeled laundry room, new roof, all interior paint, all new door handles and hinges, move interior wall, add chain link fence, and remodel an old fish tank mantle into electric fire place.
