Very happy with the right diagnosis of basement plumbing issue. Brian and his partner John had to excavate basement concrete to get at corroded drainage pipe and replace with new pipies. Area was backfilled and cemented. Removal of concrete debris and clean up was well done. Very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Dixie plumbing and would use their services again in future.

I had a bad leaky pipe in the basement and it was older galvanized plumbing. Brian came out and he was able to fix the leak and get it done in a short time. The price for the service seemed reasonable for all that was done. I definitely recommend Dixie Plumbing for any Plumbing needs. I know who I will call if I need more work done.

Brian was out within 12 hours of my call, which was such a blessing. A clog had caused problems with both bathrooms and the shower. We have a crawl space which complicates things as well. He assessed the situation, gave a quote , did the work well and quickly, cleaned up the work area and was so courteous. The quote was less than expected, and the end result was less than the quote! Unheard of! I consider Dixie my go-to plumbers from now on.

They came out when they said they would be there and even honored an expired coupon. Told me everything that was wrong and talked out all options before moving forward. Seriously the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Wasnt pushy and did several checks and tests to make sure nothing was leaking before leaving. Will for sure hire them going forward with any plumbing issues!

I called Dixie Plumbing at 3:15am when I woke up to a flooded basement, like many others in the Dearborn area. They were the only 24 hour plumber I called that actually answered the phone at that time and they had a plumber out to my house within a few hours to clear the basement drains and get the water to recede. He was very professional and efficient. This company was literal angels in the midst of a horrible situation. I would totally recommend!

Had a broken shower handle that lead to leaking pipe that was flooding my basement. called and someone came within an hours. was are to fix it the next day. The guy was super polite and professional. he brought better stuff than what i had fix the handle and even changed my shower head. They will be my go to plumber and plumbing company.

Dixie Plumbing came and provided a fair quote and completed the job in a prompt manner. I dont hold contractors to a ridiculously high standard. Basically I just want them to do what they say theyre going to do - and Dixie Plumbing did that! They arrived right when they said they would and got right to work. The two gentlemen were very polite and worked very hard. They had to come back the next day to wrap up a few things, but overall I am very satisfied with my choice to use Dixie Plumbing.
