    FloAire really impressed me. The installers are great people, theyre knowledgeable, and detail focused. They had to crawl through insulation to run the line set, and they even took the time to fluff it back up before they left. The AC works really well and uses very little power. Will be calling FloAire to ask about installing another 👍🏼

    Air conditioner stopped running. Technician came out same-day, and was able to replace the dead fan motor for a fraction of what I thought the repair would be. Still not cheap, but could have been a lot worse. Nathan was efficient and professional, and a great representative of your company. Thanks for keeping me cool.

    I cannot thank you enough for the efficiency of each employee. I called and explained my problem that I needed a pipe and valve replaced due to a gas leak per Dte and with in 40 minutes a crew was at my door ready to work. Very pleasant, explained exactly what each step they had to do. What the cost would be. We have worked with Flo air for many years and will never trust any other company with our life.     Derrick and John came out today to replace my water heater. Derrick checked right away and the warranty was still good till February. They were fast, efficient, professional, neat and polite. Because they checked the warranty and they stood behind their work Flo-Aire was able to save me money. Appreciated the quick response too. Would definitely recommend these two guys and this company.     Flo Aire came out to my place to look into a tankless water heater issue I had. the next morning i had same issue, Nathan showed up a couple hours after and found issue and fixed it. issue did not match error code exactly so he contacted who he needed to contact to get the resolution, 1.5 hours later, all good. Both service people very professional and respectful. would use them again anytime! great service and very quick to be on site.

    The gratitude I have for what Flo-Aire has done for me cannot me expressed in words. I am a Vet who had recently gotten screwed over on a HVAC job on my house, after being told by the inspector that all the sizing on the ducts were wrong, and they all had to be replaced I called Flo-Aire to try to see what could be done. Larry came to my house to give me a quote on the job and explain my best possible avenues of approach as to what we could do to remediate the situation. Within a week I had the installers George and Brennan at my house and had the entire house re-ducted within 3 days of that. The professionalism I experienced with not only Larry, but George and Brennan are unmatched. They were nothing but knowledgeable, respectful, and kind to me and my home throughout the entire process. Not to mention I was given an almost unreasonably fair price for the amount of work that was done. I honestly feel indebted to these guys for how much they looked out for me and there truly isnt enough stars or thanks I can give to express my gratitude for their kindness. I will never be calling anyone else but Flo-Aire.

    We were impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and overall quality workmanship from Brian and the entire electrical division of Flo-Aire. We couldnt have been more pleased with the installation of our whole house generator.Update 6/27/24 : We had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Again, Flo-Aire provided excellent customer service. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and friendly.

    I hired Flo-Aire to do a complete new install in my home, new duck work, furnace, AC unit, everything! I dealt with their salesman Larry, he was great to deal with! Derrick, and Tony were the two installers, I could not have been happier with their professionalism, and pride they took in their work! Bottom line, this company is priced fairly, if you ask any questions the installers are happy to explain.Could not of been happier with the installation.

    Amazing professional work, all around great experience. Hired them for extensive electrical work on my over 100 year home. They came with the entire electrical crew and knocked out a long list in one day. They were on time, did exactly what I asked, extremely professional and priced very reasonably. They treated my old home with respect and cleaned up great. Everything looks and works awesome- from ceiling fans and new plugs to outdoor electrical work, all to code. They were able to quickly trouble shoot all the odd things adding electrical to an old house entails with very very minimal wall repair required. My house is much more homey and I am much happier with it now. Dream electricians!

    We turned the furnace down low because new windows were being put in. When it was time to turn it back up, it wouldnt. We called Flo-Aire during after hours, advised it wasnt an emergency we could survive the night. They responded they would be out first thing in the morning. They came first thing, took a look, and explained what was wrong. Gave their suggestion as to what options we had with pricing. We opted to replace the furnace. They came the next morning. They came first thing and did their job. Had us take a look with explanation of what they did and advised what we need to know about the furnace. Very polite, professional. Highly recommend them.

    We had a new Rheem furnace installed by Flo Aire Heating and cooling. Our 25 year old furnace was failing and was shutting down for much of the day with 30 degree temps outside. Larry provided a competitive quote, ordered the equipment and had it installed within 2 days. Their installation team did an awesome job - from installation to testing and clean up. I highly recommend their services.

    Keith arrived promptly in the morning and proceeded to diagnose the water leak on my furnace. It didnt take him long to determine that the drain line from the humidifier was clogged. He fixed the problem quickly and there is no more water leaking from the bottom of the furnace. Thanks, Keith, for a job well done. And at a reasonable price. In the future, I will only call Flo-Aire for a heating/Cooling concern.

    The response time and service technician were excellent. The 4% additional charge for a credit/debit card is a poor business decision that is a mis-guided policy by the accounting people instead of your customer service advisors. There are many “costs of doing business” for which this should be included.

    Recently had our furnace replaced after 20+ years. They were recommended by Randy, the furnace guy from FB, and came with quite high praises. When Larry came out to give us our estimate, he was very thorough and didnt give us a line of bs to try and upsell us. The installers were very professional and had the job done in a timely manner. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didnt tighten down a clamp and we had to have a service call because there was a puddle of water around the bottom of our brand new furnace. All in all, definitely recommend them!

    Went by and set up an inspection for my AC unit for the next day. I waited at home all the next day and got a no show no call. I would not even give them a one on the one to five scale.I called a friend from church who knows about AC Unites and he came over and worked on mine. While we were working on it, the owner of Flo-Aire Heating called me and asked if there was anything he could do to fix the problem. I told him that we were already working on it and he ask me to give him a call when we were done. At that time he told me that he wanted to pay for the parts and labor of the job to make up for the problem that was caused. He came by this morning and gave me the money that it cost to fix my unit. I told him that it was God working through him to help me with the cost. Robert Molnar is the owner and is a real nice guy. I take back what I said yesterday and would recommend them to work on your units. It was just one of those things were my appointment fell through the cracks and they didnt call me.

    Great first experience! Our A/C wasn’t working after a basement remodel left our system clogged with the hottest week of weather forecasted and an infant at home. Called Flo-Aire at 8am, they had someone out to fix the issue by 1pm and offer guidance on how to avoid it happening again. Definitely recommend using them. Their responsiveness couldn’t be matched by a few other companies we had contacted.

    I bought my then-40 year old house in 2011. My dad (he uses Flo-Aire) told me about Flo-Aire when my furnace quit years ago.     I had Flo-Aire come out to help me originally for a problem about 3 weeks ago. We had an a circuit that was dropping all the outlets without tripping the circuit breaker. They took a look and quickly realized that the older back stabbed outlets were the culprit. After replacing one the problem seemed fixed. Two weeks later the issue returned. The owner was very kind and reached out to me when he heard about it. He said they never want to leave a customer unsatisfied. They came back out and checked around finding there was another outlet causing the issue where a neutral wire broke off. They replaced it with new wire, outlet, and cover making it look brand new. They went the extra mile helping me with two other outlets that werent on that circuit but that I was concerned about. I can say this will be my electricians going into the future 100%. They are better priced than competitors and even when very busy, they will make time for service checks to make sure people arent sitting without power. I believe the owner has a very strong sense of loyalty and wants a reputation that can be counted on in the future. If you become a customer of theirs you will not regret it.

I had many light fixtures in my house that never worked & the two gentlemen that came out to fix them made it look so easy!     I highly recommend this company for any electrical work. After seeing their reviews and recommendations on the next-door app, I contacted them to help us install a 220 V plug for a range and oven in our basement. Brian is very professional and courteous on the phone and got me scheduled for the next day. The next day, his crew showed up on time as promised, were very professional. they got right to work and completed everything to our satisfaction, Into a higher level that I believe they hold for themselves as a company. About a month later, I needed help with the three-way switch that was not working correctly. Again, I spoke to Brian and he was willing to help and got this scheduled for the very next day again. Next day, the same great team came out, and no joke, within five minutes had the three-way switch working. I was also having some glitchy LED lights That were installed by somebody else, and they were able to get them working appropriately again. These guys are the professionals. They know what they are doing. I will definitely use them and recommend them to anybody for any electrical needs.

    I called the office to schedule an inspection, which is required for a certificate of occupancy to sell home. They were able to schedule the next day and had results emailed the same day, which helped me expedite the municipality’s requirements. The technician was professional, on time and knowledgeable about my devices. He even tested the Tankless H/W system, which I did not expect. I have since referred to another family member, that lost AC in the peak of summer, they were out the next day and were exceptionally reasonable. They found out it was a minor capacitor issue and repair was less than 200$ With parts and labor. That says a lot of about the character of the company!

    Brian came out and assessed the job I wanted done which was upgrade all outlets & light switches to new, install a new digital/wifi thermostat, and run new electrical for a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. I was really impressed by his knowledge and know how and felt very comfortable hiring them to do the job correctly. Luke and Jacob came and did the work and were polite, respective, and focused. I wasnt sure how the added electrical with conduit would look but was pleased to see how professional and inconspicuous it was. Everything was completed in 1 day which made me very happy.     I used Flo-Aire for some exterior electrical work. Pricing was very competitive, why i chose these guys is they offered far superior quality of work over the other quotes for the same or even less money. They made it a point they do not cut corners and will replace all hardware with new, which they did. Other quotes wanted to recycle very old parts, if i wanted new parts the price went way up. I am very particular when it comes to home repairs and the electrician literally would not leave until i was completely satisfied, which was a good thing. Awesome customer service, Awesome quality of work, all at a great price. Will only be using these guys in the future for anything else that comes up.

    So impressed with EVERYONE we came in contact with this past week at Flo Aire. Our 30 year-old furnace finally gave out and from start to finish they handled everything. Our installation took longer than anticipated but they stayed until almost 8PM to make sure everything was installed correctly and running smoothly. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our ductwork was fashioned correctly, even going the extra mile to re-fashion the dryer vent to the ceiling. I didn’t catch each man’s name that came, but huge thank you to the crew that was out on Venness in Southgate yesterday. Our first big home repair was stress-free thanks to you all.     Great Experience! Needed to replace our original 22 year old contractor grade HVAC system in our house. After several quotes we chose Flo Aire. Larry was great to work with getting all the details done. The install team of Mike, Zach, Brenden, and Glenn were great. They had a busy 2 days as we went from an old 80% single stage to a 97% modulating furnace and 2 stage air. They kept a clean work area, were very respectful of our home, asked permission for just about everything. Had very good and clear communication the entire time. The quality of install was great. Very neat and tidy work. Also as this was during Covid, and we were work from home and school from home, they were respectful of their volume where they could (hey its HVAC install, gonna be loud at times). My kids did not learn any new words from the crew. I did not hear any profanity at all as matter of fact.. Every place they worked and touched was in the same or better condition than it was when they got there. They took plenty of time training my wife and I on all aspects of the system. The Rheem equipment they installed seems to be well respected by HVAC pros and looking forward to years of worry free operation. I would recommend this company for sure.
