    Desoto Air and Plumbing was a lifesaver for us. We had a service that we had to have completed to meet a deadline. We were not sure what we needed. Danny came to provide the service, unfortunately, he wasnt able to complete the service due to some issues he discovered. He worked with us to help find the part we needed at a reasonable price. He quickly rescheduled the appointment and installed the part very quickly.We are so grateful for the service, courtesy, honesty, and help that Danny at Desoto Air and Plumbing provided to us.We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

    Woke up to no heat and called Desoto Air. The lady was kind and patient. She scheduled for an appointment only a few hours later - awesome. Then 30 minutes later, Danny calls me and says he is 15 minutes from house and offered to come ASAP. Danny was kind, professional, funny, and promptly diagnosed and repaired the issue inside 30 minutes. Overall - outstanding employee and company. Highly recommend.

    We went with this company after receiving 3 quotes for the same service. Their price was midrange, but affordable. Choates was our first quote and though weve used them before on some things, they were just so full of fluff with the offer that we saw through it. It was just annoying to be talked to like we were being pitched some timeshare without a thought in our heads. We went to Carrier for our third quote, but their salesperson got noticeably angry when we didnt sign on with him as soon as he gave us the quote making us extremely uncomfortable in our own home. This company was our second quote, and although we almost had our minds up to go with them, we do our due diligence when it comes to large expenses so continued with the third. We were not disappointed with Desoto Air and Plumbing. Patrick was the guy who gave us the quote and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I like that both he and the owner were competent no-nonsense sort of folks. I cant remember the installers name, tall slender white male. I think he had red hair. He was a nice guy arrived on time and weve had no problems with the unit since install. We waited to write this review, because we feel its more accurate to wait. Love that this is a Mississippi business. More personable people who value integrity in my opinion. Confident in this major home purchase from this company. Thank you Desoto Air and Plumbing!

    Had an issue with our heater and were worried with the impending bad weather. Patrick came out the next morning. Turns out it was a false alarm. They did not even charge for the service call. We’ll definitely be returning customers!!!

    This is the BEST company around for HVAC and plumbing needs. Jon arrived promptly in a marked company vehicle and displayed respectful mannerisms throughout the appointment. He listened to our concerns, analyzed our system set up (2 attics), found the issue & fixed it quickly. Unrelated to our initial issue, Jon also took extra time ensuring we were comfortable with routine maintenance procedures for our home’s units. In fact, he even demonstrated best practices, rather than just “telling us” – which is great for kinesthetic & visual learners. Jon is a man of integrity!     Just to let you know that I just had our house repiped because leaks in the slab. Billy and his crew did a wonderful job and got everything done in timely manner. Billy was on top of the whole project. He kept us informed of his next move so we new what to expect. Justin the owner was also very professional and told me to call him with any concerns we had.     Justin does exceptional work at a fair price, plain and simple. I had a somewhat difficult plumbing issue that required careful planning and execution. I spent about 2 hours thoroughly researching the best company/person for the job and decided that Desoto Air was the right choice. The work has been completed and I am very satisfied with the results!Bottom line, Justin is rewriting the rule book in the area on how to properly treat customers and get results. Hes doing it in part by making sure the basics are covered like communicating, showing up on-time, doing what he said he would do, not trying to sell you things you dont need and coming prepared to tackle any task in his area of expertise.     So grateful to this crew! Came out within half an hour of my call when we discovered our water tank wasnt working. After discovering the tank ruptured at the seam they were able to squeeze us in and get a new one installed same day (expecting our first child possibly on Monday, so timing was not in our favor).     Sent in for an appointment on Mothers’ Day and was called back almost immediately, which I did not expect with it being a holiday. Justin came out the next day, working around my work schedule.     This is not just your usual A/C repair and install company. They go above and beyond! Im an Owner Operator truck driver that was delivering plants in Olive Branch, MS when I had a copper air compressor discharge tube break on my truck. Parts for it were several days out and I was broke completely down. 6 hours from home. I started scrambling calling around trying to find a plumbing or A/C company that would take on the task of soldering the copper tube back together. I had ALOT of companies tell me they couldnt help me. This company not only helped me but completely fixed the issue in under an hour. Saved me a tow bill, hotel bill and a big shop bill! Do not hesitate to call these people! I have no doubt they are the best in the area! Billy is the one who came out and repaired my truck. Definitely a 5 star company with 5 star employees!

    If I could give this company 100 stars I would!! I just bought a house (which was a long process...& Justin was so patient and understanding) during our inspection it was brought to our attention that we had a water leak in our tankless water heater. We only had utitlies on that one day for inspection, freaking out, I called everyone in the book seeing if I could get someone to come out and inspect the water heater to find the issue and give an estimate. Such late notice, it was around 5pm, no one was avail. My dad recommended Justin with Desoto Air and I gave him a call! So thankful I did, he fit us in his schedule and came out that day! He let us know the problem extremely quickly, something had bursted due to the excessive cold temps and snow we had...gave us an estimate and his honest opinion. I could tell he wasnt just trying to make a sell, he was very sincere. We hired him for the job and I have been extremely pleased with his work ethics and honesty, AND our new tankless water heater! We never run out of hot water! Also, its nice to know we have such a great warranty as well! I trust him 100% and would recommend them to anyone!!!     I can’t say enough good things about Jon and his crew from Desoto Air. Sunday, on a holiday weekend, Jon arrived to my house after my A\C condensing unit bit the dust. I had called just 30 min prior. Jon went over options of a decades old system that I have and I decided to replace the full central unit. Jon gave me an estimate, with no pressure and assured me his company would give me the best, honest, customer service friendly install and they did just that.After several estimates from competitors, I decided to have Desoto Air install a Trane 14 seer heating and A/C system. Desoto Air has 10 years warranty and the best labor warranty you will find on the Trane system which definitely gave me peace of mind. Jon and his crew made the install a breeze and made me feel like part of the family. Jon did not leave until everything was certain in perfect, working order. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Any work I need from now on, look no further as I will be choosing Desoto Air.

    Desoto air care will be the only company I use or recommend to anyone with HVAC needs. They are the most professional group of men I have ever used. The came out and did some work to get us up and running when our unit was out and presented us with viable options for replacement or repair. The initial charge to get us up and running was rolled into the replacement cost if that was the route we took. They showed up on time and kept me informed and involved as much as I wanted to be during the entire process. After I approved the replacement they were here the next day and done in less than 4 hours.     My hot water heater started leaking in October and soon didnt work. After call 2 other people to come look at it for 6 months later I am still without water. I called Desoto air. That very same day that I called the Technician/ owner Justin came to look at it. Whom was very professional and friendly. He instantly knew what was wrong.     My heat was not coming on in my house. Patrick Smitherman with Desoto Air & Plumbing showed up on time around 8:30am. Within a very short time, Patrick had my heat working. We talked for a while about my 12-year-old HVAC unit and future replacement. Mr. Smitherman was friendly and very knowledgeable.     From the moment Justin, the owner of Desoto Air, stepped foot in my front door (on a Saturday no less) I knew that he genuinely cared about helping my family. First, he thoroughly explained to me what my issues were as well as the different options I had and left it up to me to make the decision rather than pressing me one way or the other. It was bad folks, I could piece together a dinosaur of 2 20 year old ac units or I could go ahead and replace it all with a professionally installed Trane system, which I did. They have outstanding financing options available if you aren’t currently sitting on a gold mine as well. He and his crew, John and Dusty, were extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process, even after working in the sweltering heat in my attic in the middle of September. It was quite the project I must say, but that did not deter them from showing up on time, every day, and completing the install with an outstanding attitude and eagerly answering all my questions. This company is the right choice for you if you are tired of being given the run around, (especially with HOME WARRANTIES!!!) nickel and dimed to death, and are looking for legitimate professionals in the HVAC industry. Cannot thank you enough, those Trane’s are purring like kittens!
