    Short bailed me out in a major way. I needed work done the day of and after one call they showed up just a couple of hours later (same day!!) and got me set up with a fire extinguisher and also fixed my flood lights when I was expecting to have to pay to have new ones installed! They saved me a lot of money, time, and headaches and on top of it all provided great service and were extremely personable. I will no longer look anywhere else for these services and I would recommend short to any and everyone!

    Great company, would definitely recommend! Called this morning and spoke with James about an annual fire inspection, thought it would be a week or so before he could come out but nope he was at our office within a couple hours of speaking to him. We used A-1 Fire Protection before and we always had to wait a week or so to get the service done. Plus Short Fire Protection is way more affordable and has excellent customer service! James explained a lot of details about the inspection that the previous company didnt, which was very helpful. Thank you James for great service!!

    Extremely professional!! Both Mr. and Mrs. Short came out to my business and completed some work that was required by the fire marshal. Some of the requirements I was unsure of and Mr. Short took a look at the paperwork and explained, and even completed an additional task that he was not scheduled to do. He did not have to do that and that was very kind of him. They have gained yet another loyal customer. ☺️
