Ocean Electric was wonderful. Due to an electrical issue out at the street my home had an electric emergency. Ocean electric has an emergency number. On the weekend Craig called me back quickly and came out to the house, did diagnostics and secured our home from what could have been a disaster. They also are doing follow up repairs. They are extremely professional & educated their clients. What I think is great is their communication directly with you, also their transparency, skill & followup. Best outfit on the East End. From major jobs to minor service calls, can’t be beat. Very large team of experienced and talented mechanics. I use new construction contacts often and Chris Friscia is the manager. He’s very accommodating and thorough. It’s good to know and be able to rely on people that are problem solvers. Highly recommend for any electrical needs.

The president of the company came out to my home the next day to assess the scope of the job and I had an e-mailed firm quote the next day, As soon as the required part arrived, they scheduled an appointment for installation. I have used Ocean Electric twice this year and I am very happy with their professionalism and expertise. Shoutout to Alek, Craig, and Liam. A few months ago, my electrical panel started to have a burning smell when I was using an appliance. I called Ocean Electric, and they sent Alek the same day to correct the arcing issue that I had in the panel. More recently, I called and requested another visit for a few outlets I had concerns about. Craig and Liam took the time to explain everything, did a thorough inspection, and answered all my questions. Very happy with this company and I’ll be using them again!

Really good company. They show up on time, do grest work and explain what they are doing and why. I wouldnt call them a low cost provider but cut costs with your landscaper..... not your electrician. In short grest work at a reasonable price.
