    Soup to nuts, from our first meeting with our designer, to engaging with the owner, to installation ..... I could not be happier with the product and craftsmanship of Expert Closets. About three weeks after installation, we decided we needed one or two small tweaks and promptly, an installer arrived to make those adjustments swiftly and expertly. I would highly recommend Expert Closets.

    Expert Closets did a fantastic job with our new home closets and pantry build out. The sales and service team were extremely responsive and professional. The quality of the work is very good. I would have made some changes had we been given the opportunity to discuss prior to install, but ultimately we are very pleased with the work. The price was definitely lower than some of the big name competitors and from what I understand, the service at Expert Closets is superior. I would highly recommend working with this company.

    I used Expert Closets over 12 years ago in a different house and again just last month. Their service is outstanding at all phases of the process from the design, sale, install and any and all follow-up. The quality of the work is a 10 and the products they use last for years and years. When we moved out of the previous house after 10 years, everything in the closets and the garage all still looked and worked as it did on day 1! In our new house, they did extensive work in the garage and it is amazing! I am sure we will enjoy it for years to come. Kudos to the whole team - Madison, Josh, Patrick and Sue. The whole experience is a 10! And I highly recommend them.

    I was very impressed with this experience. I called for a quote and Debbie scheduled an appointment.She arrived on time and demonstrated a high degree of experience and skill.She was able to maximize the space with her design proposal.A few weeks later the installation was scheduled. Again, the crew arrived on time, they were professional and skilled. They took about four hours and left everything spotlessly clean. I am not sure how anything could have been any better.     Talk about a company that stands behind its product. We built a house in 2005 and Expert Closets did the pantry. About three weeks ago we needed a repair job to be done, and they came back and did the repair without a charge. My wife and I couldn’t believe they did the job for nothing.     We ordered closets for our newly built addition and we are extremely happy with the way they came out. Debbie who is one of the designers, worked with us very diligently and gave us suggestions and did two designs before we settled on one. Installation scheduler was communicative and gave us options for dates.     After getting a couple quotes from other companies near me, I chose Expert Closets because they not only offered a fair price but went above and beyond to answer every question, tweak and accommodation I sought throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier!! I had all 5 of my closets done by them, even my mudroom 😍 so it was a huge job. From Nancy, my designer drafted it all to happen and the whole fantastic crew who showed up to install it, I can’t recommend Expert Closets enough!! Trust me you won’t want to look anywhere else!

    I worked with Nancy and Roger on a bathroom “eaves” storage project. I first started discussing it with Nancy many years before, but life got in the way! Thankfully, Nancy was able to revise the drawings for my current thoughts. I also added a matching vanity to the project, and it looks great. It was a challenging project…mentally, because we made several adjustments on-site from what was proposed on paper and physically, because the access to the bathroom was not convenient to where Roger had to park and cut all the pieces. But he made it all seem easy. I teased him that he probably lost 10 lbs. going up and down the stairs a zillion times! When we were almost done, I picked out the hardware for the cabinetry. My 1st choice appeared to be discontinued, but Nancy tracked them down. It’s such a transformation and so organized, making use of every inch in the sloping eaves. I have so many cabinets and drawers, I haven’t even filled them all yet. Roger is very clever and as he was finishing up, I asked him to come up with a couple storage ideas for some tricky kitchen cabinets as well. I highly recommend contacting Expert Closets for your storage needs! You’ll be very happy that you did.

    Experts Closets provide an amazing product, with a team that offers great ongoing support too (even a year after installation). Last year was my 2nd time using Expert Closets after purchasing another home on the Cape. I had 7 closets installed in 2 days, at a very reasonable price. The quality of their product is exceptional, and I did not realize until this month that follow-up service is very important too. I encountered a water leak over the winter, and a closet and wall had to be removed to access/repair the leak. I contacted Expert Closet to reinstall, and their prompt response, quality reinstall took less than an hour - and they didnt even charge me for the visit! Its extremely rare to get that type of service from any company these days. Local business, great product, reasonable prices, and prompt service even after the install - Youd be sorry to look somewhere else for your your closet build-out needs.     From my first phone call to Expert Closets to the timely schedule for our designer to the visit, measurements, and delivery (electronic) of the designs, I was impressed. Then the good stuff started! Minor tweaks to the plans, a remarkably short time after that to scheduling delivery/installation, and finally the installation itself went seamlessly. There was one unexpected very minor issue: part of the place where one cabinet was installed was not square. The installer measured, photographed, and said they would come back with trim to make the problem (not of their making) invisible. They did, in one week flat. I was very impressed with their entire team!

    Weve recently completed our 2nd excellent experience with Expert Closets. We purchased a 1865 Greek Revival and had little storage/closet space for our Master Suite. On the recommendation of our designer we contacted Expert Closets and scheduled a meeting with Nancy. She was excellent in listening to what our needs were and worked with us to move from concept to reality. The installation was clean and precise. They were able to accommodate some desired upgrades as they progressed.     We used Expert Closets twice when remodeling a house and then again when remodeling a townhouse. We saved money by hiring them versus the other closet system installers. It cost more than doing it yourself, but definitely worth it for us. They are the experts and had plenty of great ideas on how to maximize limited closet spaces. Once we approved their design it was no worries. On time, quality workmanship, a fair price and closets that really work for our family. BTW, when we sold our house the great closet systems helped our house sell faster. They didnt pay me to say this, but its so great to find reliable service providers!

    I had a mishap in my walk in closet, and ended up breaking one of my shelves. After a fruitless search to find the materials to replace it myself, I stumbled upon Expert Closets. I contacted them through their website with little hope of a reply as I was just looking for one shelf and not looking for a full blown remodel. However, in less than an hour I received a PHONE CALL from fabulous Michael S. He could not have been more kind and helpful. We came up with a plan, the price was more than fair and I went to their location with the broken shelf so he could make a new one that would fit. After we got there, we modified what he would do and before I knew it, he had it done. Even after doing more than we had talked about on the phone, he still kept the price the same! I was stunned and so very grateful. The other thing I noticed was all of the staff we came across had smiles on their faces and said hello, even though they were clearly busy. There was just this great vibe everywhere you went.After we got the new shelf home, we put it in place and lo and behold, order has been restored!     Expert Closets outfitted a clothing closet to be used for storage a sewing room. The designer, Nancy, included hanging space for guests while maximizing the usable storage space with both shelves and drawers. She had very useful suggestions about layout. The installers were on-time and efficient, and left the room cleaner than they found it! I am very happy with this recent closet remodel. Expert Closets had already completed 5 other closets, including pantry and washer/dryer closets for us prior to this project. Would happily use them again.

    I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. I have a photography studio where I needed cabinets, coat closet, bath shelving, workspace, and storage designed to hold a variety of supplies and materials. Nancy Langway did a beautiful design, and when it came to install, I could not have had a nicer or more competent group of installers. The job became tricky as I needed a set of vertical and horizontal shelving and closet to span an uneven floor. The owner Roger DeRosier returned with parts to correctly modify the units and the final installation was perfect. I am now waiting for a retrofit of an existing table to create a higher working space with additional storage. I cant wait to see what Nancy comes up with. Expert Closets is more than just a closet solution company. They can solve all of your storage needs with a beautiful design and installation.

    ***UPDATE***Years later, we no longer need as many shelves as we do drawers in my teenage daughters closet and once again, with planning ahead of time, I was able to quickly and easily have the design changed thanks t forethought on the planners part!     When I moved into my new home, I spent 5 hours organizing my master bedroom closet. I went to sleep that night with an accomplished and settled feeling, only to awake to a loud boom in the middle of the night. My cheap 1990 wire rack closet essentially imploded! I was horrified and totally annoyed. I called Expert Closets and basically said I had a closet emergency and I needed someone to come out to my house as soon as possible. A very nice woman came the same day, she assessed my needs, looked at all of my clothes and quickly designed a new closet that totally met my needs (think Carrie from Sex and the City...meets Imelda Marcos!). They came and installed my closet the 2 days after that, I left my house open with a key under the mat, and felt safe doing that. My house was left immaculately clean with a beautiful new master bedroom closet. I have recommended them to my friend who builds houses, and he has used Expert Closets for his multi-million dollar homes and has also been very satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    My wife and I purchased an old house (ca. 1835) in Yarmouth Port. Given the houses age, closet space is limited. We found Expert Closets and were impressed with their responsiveness, quality of work, and price. Michael Sullivan came to our house within a day or so of us making our inquiry. He measured and replied soon afterwards with plan and elevation drawings of the proposed closet system. We released the order and the installation team was at our house about two weeks later. They did an awesome job and we are very pleased with the product.

    Our kitchen cabinets were 20 yrs. old and although some had pull out shelves the large pantry style cabinet did not. Since after twenty years of retirement access to the bottom shelves was virtually impossible. At the best of times it involved getting down on hands and knees.Since the installation of sliding shelves of excellent quality and ease of use we know have complete and easy access to all that space.Great job Expert Closets

    Our builder suggested that to cut back on costs, he could place a long bar in each closet to hang clothes instead of installing closet systems. I knew that one of my priorities was more functional closets, so the builder recommended Expert Closets. We are extremely happy with how our closets turned out. For example, space under the eaves that was going to simply be walled off became useable space for hanging blouses and shirts, the shelves for shoes are laid out just right, hooks for hanging items that dont need a hanger are conveniently placed just inside the door, theres a bar for belts that neatly slides back and out of sight, built-in drawers provide extra storage for items that dont fit in our dresser, shelves in the guest room closet are equally great for books, out-of-season clothing or extra bedding. We expressed our needs and preferences in words and Nancy, the design consultant, came up with four completely different closets that were perfectly suited to the space and purpose of each one.
