    We started the exterior project on our home about 18 months ago, and the contractor we had selected proved to be unreliable with terrible communication. We parted ways with them and established some very specific expectations for the next step. After getting 10 separate quotes for the work we wanted completed, we chose Absolute Home Improvements over all others. Sam was excellent at every step of the way, the quality and value were exactly what we wanted. He is an excellent communicator, and made helpful suggestions for improvements to our plan. He is a good listener, and explains things very well. His crews were on time, worked full days, and have great attention to detail. They cleaned up at the end of every day, were respectful of our home. They are good people and it reflects in their work. The finished project was better than we imagined, and the pictures show the transformation. We highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements to our family and friends, and can assure you that you will not be disappointed.     We have been so happy with Sam and his company!The guys did an awesome job with our window replacement & new front door!Nick did an amazing job fixing an old pervious front door install and made it look perfect!Sam has been great with concerns and hiccups along the way…his communication and quality service has really impressed us in making sure we are happy with the job.We have an older home that’s not fancy but he has helped us some much needed updates.We couldn’t recommend them more and will be planning on using them soon to replace the back door.

    Sam and his crew were beyond great. We had siding, roofing and gutters replaced. Sam was very available, even though he is busy. Any questions I had were answered same day, and I had a lot of questions! We had a specific issue with other work needing to be done before AHI could do their work, Sam made an extra trip out to make sure to tell us exactly what we needed. Very fair pricing compared to the other quotes I received. I’ve called for quotes on various things for our old house over the years, many contractors ghost you or set up an appointment and never show. With Sam, not the case, you will be in very good hands. Crew did excellent clean up as well.

    Sam made our hail damage claim process easy. He was here during the inspection with the adjuster. We needed a new roof and gutters. Sam provided fair and competitive pricing. His team installed the roof and gutters during extreme heat conditions, with quality workmanship. Sam was very responsive to our questions. We mentioned nails in the lawn and pets. He sent a person over same day to sweep the yard a 2nd time with a super magnet after initial sweep. Sam made the process painless and easy. We highly recommend Sam and his Company.     Finally, a contractor that understands the process. As an estimator, Sam knows the concepts of construction. Theres an order and a timing that must be followed for a successful final product, and Sam gets that. The crew was great, they produced quality craftsmanship, they were respectful of mine and my neighbors property, they communicated issues that arose, and they cleaned the site at the end of each workday. The best part was the installation of the LP Smart Side was installed correctly, where unlike some other contractors I have hired, I didnt need to follow after them and fix their mistakes.

    Sam and his crew at Absolute Home Improvements (AHI) replaced my roof after a tear off of damaged/old layers, gutters, siding, soffits and fascia following damage from the May hail storm in town. Sam was wonderful to work with and knowledgable, great communication and he met my insurance adjuster and I for the initial assessment.     After a hail storm, I called Absolute Home Improvements to come check out my roof. Sam came out very quickly and checked everything over stating there was damage to the roof and gutters. I did call several other companies to do my due diligence and I can say Sam was by far the one I felt most comfortable with. He answered all my questions and concerns and even helped to patch some holes in the shingles from the hail prior to choosing Absolute Home Improvements. In a time where it is difficult to reach contractors, Sam and AHI responded same day. All work was done well and crews were quick and efficient. Along with the roof and gutter replacement, I also had AHI replace window trims, soffits, fascia, trim around my garage door, and siding on a closet bump out. I am so happy with the work completed and would definitely refer Sam and Absolute Home Improvements to anyone looking for some work on their house. If I have any other work on my house I will definitely be calling Sam and Absolute Home Improvements first.

    Sam and his crew were fantastic to work with. He was the only contractor that came over that actually listened to the details of how I envisioned my finally product (and trust me I had a lot of little details that were important to me). Siding is a big and expensive project and one that my husband and I had been patiently waiting to pull the trigger on since we bought our house 6yrs ago. I’m beyond pleased with how it turned out. Sam recommended fantastic products and put in all the little touches I asked for. We will definitely use AHI again for future needs as they arise.

    From the start of our home remodel/repair, Sam was on top of every detail. We had previously contracted with AHI for a roof repair and loved the level of service so much that AHI was the only call we needed to make after our home was damaged by significant hail. We worked with Sam to prepare the insurance quote as well as some other desired repairs that would essentially make our home maintenance free on the exterior. Our project considered of a full roof repair to start with gutters and the crew couldnt have done a better job. Everyone showed up on time and clearly knew exactly what to do. The roof only took a single day for about 1,500sf and gutters followed another day. We had a small portion of the project that was planned to remove the front awning, which we discovered was infeasible due to existing structure during demolition. While initially disappointed, we came up with a plan that was mutually agreeable to improve the aesthetic of the house. The craftsmanship is amazing and we couldnt be happier with the end result. The second part of our project was new siding, soffit and fascia. This part occurred about 4 weeks after the roof and was scheduled for 3 days. Similar to The roof work, the crew showed up on time and tackled each day with full force. The foreman Hoo was fantastic, his command of the project and dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed. The only hiccup in the process was the miscommunication about using vented soffit on the entire project versus a mixture of vented and solid. We agreed to stick with the mixture of soffit that showed up on site to keep the project on schedule. After just 2 days, the project was substantially complete and only required a minor return to correct some sealant and adjust downspouts after the new cladding was installed. Overall, there is no one else I couldve ever imagined tackling this project as efficiently and professionally like Sam and his team did. I will be recommending them to anyone.

    Sam and his team was great to work with. He helped guide me through the insurance process as this was my first time dealing with a big insurance claim. He answered all of my questions and was there when the adjuster was on site to make sure nothing was missed. They replaced our siding, roof, and gutters and they did it very quickly.     Absolute Home Improvements removed our large living room window and replaced it with a huge sliding glass door. We couldn’t be happier. The workmanship is top notch and, the quality of the material seems very good. It has really opened up our living space, given us more light and has added beauty to our living space. I would definitely have them do work for us again and have shared their contact info with others in need of windows. We did have to wait 2 months for the door to arrive and for installation. I am assuming it had to be manufactured and shipped from?? But, after seeing it, I love it and it was worth the wait!

    Sam and his team did an awesome job on my siding and gutter replacement. His guys worked 10 hour days in some pretty hot temperatures. They beat any large company when it came to quality and attention to detail. The Asian gentleman is a master of his craft when it came to cutting the flashing, soffits and fascia.     I highly recommend Absolute Home Improvements. The owner and his crew did an amazing job on the siding and trim on my home and garage.     Sam is awesome! I had several jobs done from AHI last fall. Complete new roof, rebuild of 2 chimneys & a new window installed. Sam was always available when I had questions and responded quickly to my messages. Our project had some difficult technicalities and Sam was so helpful and responsive to what we needed, which isnt always the case when hiring a contractor. My husband and I were very thankful for him and all of his help. The mason, roofers and window installers all did excellent work and got the jobs done in a timely manner.     I have high standards for work done on my house. And Im happy to say Absolute Home Improvements met and exceeded them! We had new roofs on the house and a large outbuilding, new windows in the house and new siding on the house and the shed. If Google let you give 6 stars I would. Professional at every step of the process. I watched a lot while the work was being done and I observed care and craftsmanship throughout the projects. When you redo a house there are some challenges as you adapt to the structure as it exists. They found attractive ways to handle the challenges. And Sams price was way better than the guys that advertise on the radio and TV. Someone has to pay for all that advertising. With quality, service and price like AHI has, they dont need to advertise. Word of mouth from satisfied customers is the best advertisement.

    Sam showed up when he said he would and made a great suggestion with replacing the aluminum fascia to all match. The guys who did the work were on time and respectful of our property.     I had minor fascia repair that needed to be done. Absolute Home Improvements was timely, professional and reasonably priced. I had other quotes from a few different companies that were outrageously overpriced. They either didnt want to do it because it was a smaller job or felt they could take advantage because I am a female. I appreciate that Absolute Home Improvements took on the project and didnt take advantage of the situation.

    I had a large tree limb fall during a Friday night wind storm and poke a hole in my flat rubber roof over my garage and addition. We were expecting 2 inches of rain on Monday. I did not notice the hole until the limb was removed on Monday. Sam at Absolute came out on that Monday, in the pouring rain, and patched that roof! This is extraordinary service.     We started with a request for new windows. Sam explained everything and we could tell he was very knowledgeable about how a house is put together. He also made sure we understood everything we needed to make an informed decision. He was much better to work with than the typical salesman who tries to sell you windows but doesnt necessarily understood all that goes into replacing the windows. After several quotes, we decided to go with Absolute Home Improvements. The quote was very reasonable and Sam was so easy to work with that we requested a quote for siding. Then we added three exterior doors and storm doors, and a few vents we needed on the roof. Sam was great to work with. He answered all of our calls/texts promptly. Hes got some really nice guys working for him, very professional and excellent at what they do. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our house now looks and feels like a brand new home. Thanks Sam!

They brought up my insulation to R60 levels, installed a new soffit vent, made custom insulation doors into the attic spaces, and more. They were punctual, helpful, and very kind to my puppy!
