    Allen was very responsive & helpful when our old oven short-circuited. He even went out of his way to come check the voltage was correct, so that we could isolate the problem. I would highly recommend his services.

    Allen did a wonderful job replacing our 50 year old electric box. He did all the work on the time he said and also took care of permits, paint matching around box, snow diverted, everything! Highly recommend him.

    How do you improve on perfection in service, customer care, product delivery? I am very impressed with Allen W. and his electricians at ClearView Electric. They promised and over delivered. I needed a new panel (due to surge burning) and EV charger compatibility. The work was skillful, on time, kept me updated and quickly answered my questions. If all companies worked this way the review pages would have only one color: solid gold.

    I called ClearView Electric on a Saturday afternoon because of a problem with my electrical. Lights were flickering when running appliances causing a surge. Was fortunate to connect with Allen directly. I explained the urgency of the issue and he was able to come out within two hours. Very professional yet low key and calm demeanor in addressing the issue. He methodically worked through the electrical panel, testing all the breakers and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was an issue with the power supply company and he took the time to call them with me in order to get the issue resolved. Excellent service and only charged for a service call. Would recommend to anyone in the area! Thanks Allen.

    We have nothing but great things to say about ClearView Electric. Allen spent hours with us trying to identify the electrical problem we were experiencing with our house. He made repairs and problem-solved until he eliminated all possibilities except our underground wire. He then came up with a creative, to-code solution to replace that (in the winter time). Allen and his team are thoughtful, thorough, skilled, and a pleasure to interact with!

    Allen replaced our home panel in an urgent situation where the old one was making sizzling noises, and half the house wasnt working. He did a fantastic job! Not only did he come out to do it within 5 days, but he also even drew up a quote with all the proper verbiage and photos, so my insurance was able to cover part of the cost. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of electrical projects.

    Allen at Liberty Electric and his team replaced our electrical panel and did some other electrical work for us. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him.     We called Allen as a whole wall of outlets had gone off in our garage. Allen was kind enough to trouble shoot the problem over the phone to save us the service the fee and was able to resolve the issue. He could have easily come out and make an easy buck as we were desperate. I found this extremely honest and kind of Allen. We will be sure to go with Liberty Electric in the future if we have any electrical issues!

    “First, are you guys doing ok?”That was the first thing Allen asked us when he called us New Years Day when we realized all the outlets in our garage weren’t working (including the garage freezer)… amazing customer service and patient.We already flipped the breakers and unplugged and did all the basic reset options.He walked us through finding the closest GFCI outlet (which had nothing plugged into it and tucked away) resetting that one… and sure enough… simple as it was, all was fixed.The best customer service and look forward to the installation of our EV charger.

    Highly recommend Allen and Liberty Electric. Allen came out to give a free bid on a new electrical panel, as diagnosed after several hours by a different electrician. Allen quickly diagnosed it as not requiring a new panel and as a potential issue on the SMUD side - he was 100% correct. SMUD fixed it and now everything works perfect.I feel bad that he didn’t make money off me, but boy did he really save me with his expertise and did a great job. My go to electrician for now on!

    What an amazing experience from start to finish. Extremely professional. Allen answered the phone, made an appointment to fix my electrical issue, confirmed the appointment and actually showed up on time!     I got my 125Amp electrical panel replaced with 200Amp square D panel with Liberty electrical. Allen is very helpful, methodical, precise and knowledgeable person. I contacted several electrical contractors andeveryone told me that 200Amp upgrade will be lot of digging and trenching but Allen guided me that for my particular home that will not be needed and he made it possible without any digging and trenching byworking closely with City folks. The conduit and piping was already there from builder, I dont know how other contractors were not able to understand this standards, but Allen really helped me out out of box and made it possible. Really really appricate your help.He is very disciplined on timing and follow-up and got everything small and big thing done on time, I never needed to remind or follow-up. It was really hassel free to get the work done with Allen.Thanks alot Allen again for all your help on geting this project done for me.

    I called Allen after freaking out in the midst of making thanksgiving dinner because I caught an exhaust wire on fire, which took out the power in my kitchen. He answered after a few rings and I explained to him what happened. I can hear kids playing in the background, but Allen patiently walked me through attempting to reset my circuit breaker to see if that fixes it. Lo and behold, it did! Allen was probably getting ready for thanksgiving but took the time to answer a service call. I 100% recommend Allen for any electrical service needs in the SLT area.
