    I switched to FSi 3 years ago after unpleasant experiences with AmeriGas and I have not looked back. FSi has been wonderful. They are on top of deliveries and service and I always feel like theyre being honest and fair. Justin visited today along with another technician to do my annual furnace safety check and tune-up. He is very professional, polite, and an excellent communicator. I had a much better understanding of my system and felt like I was in excellent hands.

    FSi Oil and Propane tech serviced our furnace today. We had a 8-12 window and he arrived promptly at 8am, was polite, answering my questions and communicated briefly what he would be doing. He left the area he was working in neat and clean. He was also alert to our pets presence and careful not to let them out the door. Thanks for a great job!

    I changed my service from Amerigas to FSI and had to have my old propane tank disconnected and a new tank installed with new gas lines. Justin came on time and as promised. Did the installation in record time, verified that all was well with my appliances in the house and explained how everything worked in terms I could comprehend!     We cant say enough good things about FSI! Started last year with an extremely last minute request for a sort of complicated job. They bent over backwards and accomadated our needs. Justin came to do an install for our food tent and it was by far the best job we have seen done. (And we do this often in many towns and many states) I was thrilled to see him back with us this year, and once again, even though I screwed up on my request, Justin came through in no time! Running a food business is hard enough, glad we have such a great team to get us up and running every year! Cant wait to see these guys again next year 😊

He also was nice enough to suggest making my thermostat unable to lock itself out. Also asked if we do a programmable heating or cooling method we told him never so he again locked that portion out so we couldnt accidentally make that mistake as we did once before so extremely helpful and a sense of fair play as he didnt overcharge us for basically resetting our thermostats and our furnace.     We called FSI on Friday when we ran out of propane, luckily right as dinner was finished. We told them we could wait until Monday but they said no problem, they could send someone right over. Justin showed up about 20 minutes later with about 5 gallons of propane, which he put in our tank to tide us over until someone could come to fill it fully. Justin was pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done, and he greeted our dog which made her evening. We highly recommend Justin and FSI.

    Greg really helped me out when I put in an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. A baseboard heating pipe had broken and water was all over the living room floor and running into the basement. I was out of state when this happened. Greg soldered the break that evening, and came back a few days later to pressure test remaining pipes. He was able to determine that there were no other problems besides that one break, so I won’t have to replace my entire heating system.Greg is very knowledgeable and truly an asset on the FSI team.     We have used FSI for oil and burner service for 3 years now, and theyve been great. The techs are friendly and professional, even when weve needed weekend or evening emergency service. The office staff are friendly and helpful.However, we tried using their plumbing service, and it was awful. TL;dr - go to them for oil and furnace, but dont use them for plumbing services.They replaced our household water filter and attached it to our cement basement wall with a 1.5 drywall screw. The water filter fixture easily pulled out of the wall the first time we tried to change the filter, making it impossible to replace the cartridge. I called them and tried to resolve the issue for 3 months, including speaking multiple times with the head plumber. They refused to fix their work; they insisted it was our fault and charged us for coming out to look at their poor work a 2nd time. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and money. We found a different plumber and had to pay a second time for the job to be done correctly. I can happily say that with his work, the filter actually works now.
