Where do I even start... we moved in about 6 months ago and our realtors brother, Jason, works for this company and is such a kind person who raved about his employer, so we decided to give them a shot.2 weeks ago the owner, John, came out to look at our basement as we prepare to put in an in-law apartment and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to; we look forward to working with him more as the project gets rolling!Then his son, Francis, has visited twice since - once to flush our water heater and again to do a furnace cleaning (which he noticed was leaking from the exhaust pipe when he was here for the water heater!). I have never met a more friendly and delightful person! He comes with a checklist and is very thorough in everything he does, even cleaning out all the units inside and around them. We were having a problem with our tankless heater and he explained everything and was very thorough. Never once has another company handed me a checklist for my records so I can see what was done and what was observed.Ill even add that calling and working with Jess to get things scheduled has been pain-free! She is very pleasant to talk to and we look forward to being a long-term customer of Service Solutions!Will be recommending this company to everyone.

Once more, great service from Service Solutions. Just replaced our furnace & AC with a new heat pump and furnace. Helped us through the process to apply for a MassHeat zero percent loan, installed the equipment, showed us how to use the new thermostat and will be helping with the process for us to get rebates. Theyve serviced our needs for 18 years, and consistently are terrific!

John, Scott and their team the best. They are wonderful to work with, responsive, efficient, funny and just awesome. I called 3 other plumbers that never returned my call. One call to SS and Scott and John were looking at the job the same day. I did wait a few weeks to have the work done and that was fine with me and understandable. I am so grateful as a new homeowner I found them. I bought an older house that turns out is full of sloppy plumbing and electrical work. The entire plumbing system and pipes were old, rotted but thee real issue was that incorrect size pipes had been used and traps were missing or not installed correctly and not draining properly. Service Solutions came in and redid the whole system for me. Smart, experienced, creative. They also found both bathroom sinks had plumbing issues and redid those completely while here. I was so grateful for their expertise. I will use them for heating and plumbing needs for many years to come.

These guys are the best! Super responsive and they care about their clients. I called them on a Sunday morning after we lost our heating system on the coldest day of the year. Jess called me back within 45 minutes, and she committed to getting one of her techs to our house. Within 4 hours, Scott showed up at our house and he quickly identified the problem. Scott was such a nice guy and he fully explained the problem to me. I would recommend Service Solutions to anyone looking for a heating and air conditioning company.

Have maintenance contract for my HVAC, extremely professional and great quality of service. Can’t appreciate the service provided outside the regular business hours, called when my heating went down on one of the coldest weekend we had recently, pros showed up within around 1 hour and got it up and running.

I want to highly recommend Service Solutions as they have been servicing my home for many years and have always been efficient and thorough in any repairs. Recently, my hot water stopped working and I was certain it was time to replace the 15 year old water heater. However, when Service Solutions investigated, they determined that it was a zone valve which needed to be replace saving me hundreds of dollars. The honesty and thoroughness of Service Solutions has always been excellent and I suspect (with a different company) that I would have been told to purchase a new hot water heater. Thanks Service Solutions!!!

Extremely happy with the service I received from Service Solutions. Had a leaking seal on a toilet and a hairline crack in the plumbing stack pipe and needed service rather quickly. Service Solutions was reccomended by another plumber and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. Francis was thorough, friendly, explained all the steps and costs involved in the repair process and cleaned up after he was finished.I would definitely reccomend using Service Solutions for any needed plumbing service.
