    Ive been a landlord for ten years and manage multiple rental units. Because of that, I need a reliable plumber I can trust, who is highly skilled, can come out the same day or the next, and whose work is so good that my tenants notice and compliment it.Over the years, Ive hired many plumbers. Why so many? Because, until now, I hadn’t found a plumber who could diagnose issues as accurately as Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair. Many plumbing companies suggest unnecessary work, making jobs more complicated and costly than they need to be, or they lack the expertise to resolve the issue in the most efficient way possible.I’ve dealt with plumbers who wanted to tear out tiles or open walls to fix tub or shower issues, but Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair has always resolved the problem without resorting to that. Of course, there are times when opening walls is necessary, but its far less frequent than youd expect.The team at Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair is the most honest I’ve encountered. I’ve been overcharged by too many plumbing companies in the past, but that’s never been the case with them.I wish I had found Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair years ago. It would have made a huge difference for me.     Over the years, I have given Perez Plumbing repeat business, because they have always done great work and very reasonable prices, whether smaller or larger jobs. Gabriel, the manager, is also very nice and friendly.

    After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. Gabriel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were informed through the entire process. We’re grateful we chose Perez Plumbing for our problem

    We called Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair for a gas leak reported to us by the gas company. Gabriel arrived and immediately began a pressure test and found the leaks. He was honest enough to tell me that if he quoted all of the repairs it would have been too expensive and instead quoted the repipe at a fair price. The work was done ahead of schedule and got us back our gas faster than we thought! Gabriel is a very knowledgeable guy and will definitely call him for any repair in the future.

    These guys were quick and showed that they cared about more than just your business. They fixed the water heater in our apartment complex last year in June and today we had the same issue. The fact that they remembered our last encounter speaks volumes. They really get to know their customers.
