    Just had a new shower installed. Absolutely loved everything about the experience. From meeting with the sales rep (Bre), who helped us with our design, to the day of the install when Will (plumber) and Jesse (installer) showed up first thing and worked all day through horrific heat and humidity to finish the job. We cannot believe the results - they are above and beyond what we hoped for. Were so pleased with BathFitter, the product (of course), but most of all the consummate professionals they employ. Highly, highly recommend.

    We researched a variety of options for replacing our bathtub and shower and decided that Bathfitter was the best option - the work was completed in a single day, and we didnt have to deal with removing the old bathtub, replacing the subfloor, etc. We paid $6348 for the tub/shower, all the fixtures, shower curtain rod, and of course the labor. It would be somewhat more expensive if you want to do a glass door or upgrade to more fancy fixtures, but we also didnt choose the cheapest fixtures available. The only drawback is that we waited a little over four months from the time we signed the contract to the date of installation, but a lot of factors related to the pandemic have slowed things down, and it was worth the wait. We are thrilled with our new bathtub and shower and the lifetime guarantee! The staff that we worked with -- Aidan, Lisa, Gary, and Brad -- were super professional.     Our home is an older single story ranch. As most homeowners do, we remodel what we can, when we can. This time, it was a tub to shower conversion. Caleb did an AMAZING job!!! Will was great on the new plumbing as well! If people have the thought in their mind that they just ‘slap on some new walls over the old’, they couldn’t be more wrong! This was straight up ‘demolition and building!’ They tore it out and down to the studs. Built a beautiful frame for the flooring they also built. Put up a 6”wall, studs and all, a bunch of stuff but, real walls all the way around before they ever got to their own materials! We took pics now and then, not wanting to bother or disturb them but we were very, very impressed seeing what went on that day! Caleb worked like horse all day not even stopping for lunch but just taking nibbbles of food here and there. He was here until 7:00-7:30 p.m.!!!! Arrived by 8:00 a.m. that morning. All we can say is, WOW!!!!!! They killed it!!!! We love it!!!! It looks great, it’s easy to maintain, easy to step into (as ours was a custom build due to surgery), everything about it is awesome and Caleb’s HARD WORK SHOWS!!!!!!! Thank you so much guys, it’s just awesome!! We really appreciate everything you did and will recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone!!!!! The Chagnons

    We had the pleasure to work with Joe at Bath Fitters, who arranged to install a low threshold shower for wheelchair access. Trevor and Brad (both master plumbers) worked tirelessly to get the whole job done in just one day! Trevor laid down mats to protect flooring. Its much more functional than what we had and I just cant say enough good things about Bath Fitters and their employees; ALL of whom were super professional. We were the benefactors of a program called Fit for Good. Thank you Bath Fitters for making this program available! I would highly recommend this crew! Thanks to all!!!

    5 stars are definitely not enough. Our 15-year-old Bath Fitter installation developed a crack in the tub, which caused significant discoloration of the ceiling below. We had no idea that we had a LIFETIME guarantee against product failure and damage due to water. We dont have to pay a dime!Treavor arrived on time this morning, ripped out the tub and surround, and the new install sparkles like it did 15 years ago. According to Treavor, it looks BETTER now than when it was new. I must admit that it does. Treavor left the place spotless; actually cleaner than it was before he arrived!The livingroom ceiling will be repainted shortly, and Bath Fitter is picking up the bill.Thank you, Bath Fitter, for your consistently flawless service.

    Wed been told that due to the size of our bathroom (5 x 8) that there was no way to replace the tub. One contractor told us we had to tear out a structural wall first. Another told us that hed have to remove our kitchen cabinets and appliances and go through that wall. One told us the best we could do would be to get rid of a tub and replace it with a shower, which wasnt ideal given that we only have one bathroom.Bath Fitter of South Burlington came out and told us it was perfectly possible to replace the tub. They gave me the price and we booked them that same day. We were told a January 2023 installation date. I got the call two weeks ago that they could do it a couple of months early.Joe came out and was extremely professional and walked us through everything. When he realized my showerhead Id bought at Costco wasnt the right finish and made us aware of it. (You can get your own showerhead if you want, its up to you!) It took most of the day and we were told to give it 24 hours before we showered. We all had our first shower today and it was amazing. So much room and storage! Thanks to Joe and the team at Bath Fitter!

    We inquired with Bath Fitter again since we had them do a tub enclosure over 32 years ago and it still looks good! This time we had a consultation with Bre Pepin for our downstairs shower. Bre was timely, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. The options are so much greater than they were “back when,” understandably so. We’re so glad we went with Bath Fitter…again.

    The beginning process has been awesome! It has been wonderful working with Kerri planning our tub to shower revamp. Cant wait to see the finished product!Well, the initial was awesome! The final install by Treavor is great!!!! He communicated with us every step of the way. His work is of great quality and he really pays attention to detail. I highly recommend him for all installation work.Now the review part of the equation that is not great. Kim in the office, where the actual ordering was done. Not good on any level. I ended up calling her boss and spoke of her lack of communication, her wanting to put the blame on the installer for not checking size of the base before work commenced when it was her fault. She wanted us to accept her mistake with the offer of less money as if it would be okay and the problem would just go away. My hope is that they communicate with her of the importance of checking with the customer and not changing what the original specifications call for. Does not matter if she thinks she is correct or not; check with the person(s) placing the order.Bath Fitter takes months between the time you meet with someone to measure, order, and then install. It is NOT a quick or inexpensive process. I am happy that it took two days to complete. It should have been one. I am happy that the Area Development Leader emailed and then followed through with a phone call to check on the progress of the installation. Now they just need to pick up the communication and time line of completion. I am looking forward to using my shower in 3 days.

    We had discussed going with bath fitter for several years but feared the cost would be too high. Finally decided to get the free quote and yes it was expensive but weighing the fact if we did it ourselves it would take several days vs the one promised by bath fitters. The salesman was courteous. Didnt pressure us and gave us alto of info. Within 2 weeks we had the service tech Trevor at our home. We were having an old tub unit removed and replaced with a walking shower. Demo was speedy and installation remarkably fast. Entire job took approximately 6 hours start to finish. Trevor was exceptional, sense of humor, polite and his workmanship extremely impressive. We love our new shower!

    We were so happy with the service of Bath Fitters of South Burlington. Aiden, in sales, was very helpful and brought samples of what they would be using. On installation day, Anthony, was amazing. He worked nonstop all day and was very thorough. Treavor, another installer, came by at the end of the day and helped Anthony finish up the last few hours. We were very happy with the work they did. You pay a little more, but the quality of the product, service and lifetime guarantee are worth it. We would recommend Bath Fitter of South Burlington to anyone.

    Bath Fitters was an overall very pleasant experience, and Gary B. did a fantastic job on the install! Even my neighbor, whose favorite pastime is critiquing the work after contracting jobs, couldnt find fault with his workmanship.     William and Shaun arrived at our home on January 23rd to install our second standing shower. We sold our first home 4 years ago, and one of the key selling points was the bathroom that Bath Fitter had remodeled the garden tub into a shower. My husband shared with me how professional, knowledgeable and down to earth both men were. He raved about how they werehis kind of people! Both William and Shaun were polite, efficient, and hard working. It was like having friends or family members working in our home for the day.     10 years ago we had Bathfitters come in and take out a bathtub and replace with a shower...have been very pleased with the results.Called Bathfitters at 8am on a Monday morning because we began experiencing water leakage from the shower drain into our basement.Technician named Brad was here that same morning by 10am and replaced a gasket and was finished fixing the issue in a half an hour. All done for free because they have a lifetime warrantee on their work. I can honestly say that this is the BEST service I have ever received from any company I have ever done business with! Simply outstanding!

    Had a complete tub shower system installed by bath fitters of So. Burlington, Vermont to replace a name brand 1 piece shower tub unit that starts with a (D) and is now known to have issues. William showed up right on time to get started and Treavor was shortly behind him with the other materials needed for the job. first thing William did is say hi and his name and then on goes the booties over his work boots. drop cloths down in place and the work began. Everything was prepared and then Treavor and William started the removal of the junk brand unit. these two guys work so well together and very talented. And not one foul word from either one. Gentlemen all the way. You could have your grand mother with them or your kids.. no sailor mouths with these two guys. I have never been so pleased and happy with someones work as My wife and I are with our custom shower tub unit from bath fitters. Very happy to see that this company hires Military Veterans too. And Thank You for your service by the way William. But the greatest part was when they pick up and left ..not one mess left behind. Incredible!! I am so glad I went with Bath Fitters of So.     Anthony was amazing from the first moment we met him until he finished the job. We knew that it was going to be a tough job, he took the time that it needed in order for the job to be perfect which we really appreciated. His attention to detail was amazing and he was particular about how he wanted things to look at the end of the job. He kept us in the loop during the whole process and communicated. We have been enjoying our new bath tub so much and we couldnt be happier with the job that was done.

    By far the most user-friendly, stress-free project in renovating my home! The whole Bathfitter team is great, from the office assistant who scheduled my sales visit to the sales rep to the install team.     Professional installers, Trevor and Gary, arrived early for installation of a shower. They removed an old acrylic tub/shower, and had an excellent plumber join the team to do the plumbing work. Installers talked me through the different phases. They did a meticulous job, and worked by the book. Great cleaned up afterwards. Cant wait to use the new shower. One thing I want to mention, however, I am vaccinated against Covid-19, but Bath Fitters did not inform me whether or not the installers were and if not, required to wear masks. The Delta variant is real and here to stay.

    This is the 2nd time we have used Bathfitters to upgrade a dated bathroom. First time was 13 years ago and that large walk in shower that used to be a crummy tub shower, is still sparkling and perfect. Today Trevor changed a 30 year old small stall shower into an up dated and wonderful shower anyone would love to use. Trevor was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was the gentleman who came and gave us our estimate. First rate experience all around!

    We are generally DIY-ers but when projects involve water we hire pros. We hired BathFitter to replace our old acrylic tub and surround. Instillation day was about a month after the initial consulting appointment. William and Shawn left about an hour ago and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did!
