    RoofHub recently replaced our roof, which was a large project involving two buildings, our house and a workshop. Taylor was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. He helped us secure the financing we need and even went over and beyond addressing some particular concerns we had with our property. His crew was well organized, efficient, and did a great job protecting our property and cleaning up the site. The roof looks great. Would highly recommend!

    Roof Hub recently upgraded my cape-style home in West Roxbury with a new roof, new siding, new gutters, a new deck, and a new front door. The coordination in getting all of these projects done was efficient and seamless. The workers were professional and committed to quality. When I had questions, Roof Hubs owner, Taylor, was extremely responsive and helpful in making sure all elements of the project were completed exactly according to my hopes. My house is now all set for many years so I wont be needing their help again any time soon, but I would absolutely recommend them to any homeowner in the Boston area looking to give their home a fresh look.

    Excellent experience from beginning to end. Professional and CourteousTo prepare for solar panels I needed a new roof. My solar company recommended Roof Hub. I called and spoke with Taylor Ferguson who could not have been nicer. He answered all my questions. They did an outstanding job.     Roof Hub just installed my new roof and it looks fresh! Roof Hub was recommended by the solar company that is putting panels on my roof and they were right. I received seven quotes and Roof Hub was the most competitive quote for both roof and gutter replacement—a combination of the lowest price for the quality of the materials and the length of the warranty from the company. Their process was also a delight compared to some of the presentations and pressure tactics that other roofing companies used; and I appreciated that Taylor was responsive to my many questions. I think the most impressive thing about this company, however, is the crew that actually installs the roof. Every member of the crew worked so hard and they were so kind and respectful. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up and made an effort to protect the plants around my house, so much so that many of my neighbors commented on how impressed they were. I had a much better experience with Roof Hub than I have with almost all other contractors and I recommend you use them; I’ll be recommending them to my friends.

    My wife and i were looking for a company that we could trust and was affordable to get our flat roof that was leaking replace as soon as possible, and we came a crossed this company online, and we are so pleased and impressed. The team came early and waited for Taylor so they could get started, who also came early and by 7:30 they were scrapping our roof and by 3:30 pm they were all done.Taylor was up and down on the roof too and we really like that, his worker are more than word can explain we love how they work, they know what they are doing. They also made sure the clean up every mess around the yard. We would use them again and we highly recommend Roof Hub. Taylor is so down to earth and honest.     The crew at Roof Hub not only did a great job completely replacing my roof, but were very professional and able to detail the entire process and what it would entail during a free consultation (where they surveyed my property/roof) and actually sat down with my husband and me to answer all questions.     The guys at Roof Hub did such great job, and we are very happy that we decided to go with them. We had done our due diligence, and ultimately picked Roof Hub because of the customer service. Taylor and Conner were so helpful and transparent. My wife and I are both architects, so of course were concerned about every little detail, plus we have scene our fair share of bad contractors. Conner went through every step of the process, and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to pick-up some actual samples and bring them to the house, so that we could be sure we picked the right color. The team was on time, and cleaned the entire yard top-bottom. In the end, Roof Hub did not disappoint or under-deliver. After about 2 months, no leaks and great curb appeal. Highly recommend.

    Taylor and his team hit it out of the park! Roofhub replaced my roof and 3 skylights in just one day!After just purchasing a home we experienced several leaks after a bad nor’easter, so based on reviews we reached out to Roofhub. From the initial point of contact Taylor was incredibly responsive to any and all questions that my wife and I had. Without pressuring us to sign a contract right away, and being as informative as Taylor was, it was a no brainer to go with Roofhub.Taylor gave us dates and times for the material drop off, as well as the installation, and kept to his word. With all of our other projects the contractors gave us a ball park date and then just showed up whenever they wanted, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Taylor and his team couldn’t be further from this.The day of the install his team actually got here early, and waited until they could begin at 7am. I spoke to the project manager on site and asked if they would be returning tomorrow due to the size of the job, and he said everything would be completed today. A 21 square roof and 3 skylights all replaced in one day, with impeccable craftsmanship! Thanks to Taylor and his team we’ve been getting nothing but compliments from our neighbors! Can’t recommend Roofhub enough!

    Came across RoofHub online to take care of a rubber roof replacement and fascia repair in South Boston. I found them to be incredibly responsive, professional and very competitive on pricing. Taylor answered every question I had (and quickly!) and was also able to replace a piece of aluminum window siding for no additional charge. The job started on time, was completed within three days and they took care of all permits, including the headaches that can be finding parking. Overall, highly recommended!

    Cant rave enough about this company, would recommend to anyone. If you were like me researching every company in the Boston area... stop your search, trust me I did the leg work already and the outcome was absolutely ideal. Just go with Roof Hub and make your life easy. Ive worked professionally in many building trades and come from a long line of contractors and the work stands up to the best. They literally installed my roof in one day including a full gutter system, and they didnt cut any corners. They swept a magnet up the street and along my neighbors yards to make sure no nails were left behind.

    I had a roof installed with Roof Hub in November 2018. The original plan was to do it in early Spring 2019. The week after I spoke with Taylor and signed the contract I went up in my attic to discover my roof was leaking. I called Tailor immediately and luckily he was able to fit me into his schedule within two weeks. I was surprised that he could do this since we had an unusually rainy Fall and I knew he probably was swamped with a backlog of work.His crew showed up as scheduled, and did a marvelous job on my roof. We only had one problem and that was due to a miscommunication. On my addition, I originally did not have any gutters and downspouts because they had been installed incorrectly by the previous owners and I had taken them down, but had asked to have them added. The crew was not aware of this, and only replaced the gutters and downspouts where they had removed them from. Not a big deal. I called Angela and Taylor and they immediately rectified the situation. They were at my house a few days later completing the work. My property was left in pristine condition.I cannot say enough about this company. Not only the quality of the work by the crew, but also the professionalism and attentiveness by Taylor and Angela. I would highly recommend this Company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    Bill Shea Roofing Co. does excellent work. They were very neat, clean, and professional and are very reasonably priced. They replaced our old roof, which was a disaster, and installed new shingles in two days. They cleaned up everything and the new roof looks great. They are well worth their 5 star rating and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. We are very pleased with everything.

    After my most recent, and first, experience with Roof Hub, I would not hire anyone else but Roof Hub to work with on my home. During a massive North Easter, they came out and assessed the damage to the roof. They were clearly competent, worked quickly, and even came out two days later to follow-up on a day that is normally one they take off. My main contact with Roof Hub was Conor. Conor not only knows roofing, but is a highly intelligent person who is a skilled communicator (he majored in journalism). He calmed me down during a stressful time and wrote a comprehensive, well-written evaluation of the issue. Conor should get promoted and a big raise!!!

    Nothing but great things to say about Roof Hub! We had a roof leak on a flat rubber roof with an existing roof deck. After researching numerous contractors who all agreed of a necessary full replacement, we came across Roof Hub, Taylor and team, and chose them to do the full roof replacement and new deck installation. They were the most knowledgeable, responsive, had the best pricing, competitive warranty and were able to do both jobs (which was hard to find). They also werent pushy about signing initial contracts like other companies. Once kicked off, they were able to answer all our questions during the process. Greg, the PM handled all operations with no effort on our part and was super efficient. They fixed the drainage problem completely and even came back to clean the staircase and install a handrail to the deck after project completion. Also their quoted price and final price were nearly the same! Highly recommended, impressive customer service and extremely professional work. We will enjoy the new roof and deck. Fantastic job!

    I have to say, I’m very please with the work that the employees of this company has done on my family’s house. After finishing the work the workers check the premises for loose nails, cleaned up all their mess and hosed down the driveway and sidewalk.     The crew worked really hard all day and into the evening. By the time they were finished, it was dark out, so they were not able to do a 100% cleanup. I give them a 100% for the job and a 99% for the cleanup. Considering the size of the job and the initial mess that was made (unavoidable), we are more than happy to pick up the last remaining bits.

    Before calling Roof Hub, we had issues with leaking and water pooling on our buildings 1500 sq ft flat roof because it had an improper grade. So many of the other companies we contacted were unresponsive, some even committing to do it, but then never actually setting a date. Roof Hub was responsive in communication and quick in setting a date. They were very reasonable in price and efficient in their work. In 2 days, they had regraded and replaced the roof, as well as fixed the sources of the leaks, all with minimal disruption. They would be our first choice for any other issues that may arise!

    Roof Hub installed my new roof last week and the owner, Taylor Ferguson was reliable, attentive, and all around excellent. (Reliable and follow through are soooo important to me). The job was done quickly and cleanly (and they even raked my leaves in my flower beds as an extra clean up precaution). They left my yard cleaner than it had been before they got there! I think Roof Hubs strength is its customer service. He sent a quote via email at record speed (they do it by satellite!), and sent videos of the product and the process ahead of time! He was even forgiving when I admitted I hadnt watched the videos by the time he came to my house, so he sat and walked me through exactly the materials they were going to use (more complicated than one might think), helped me pick a color (no small feat), and was very friendly and patient with my laymens knowledge of roofing. Taylor is a responsible and ethical business owner and I recommend Roof Hub highly! And, his rates are extremely competitive, which doesnt hurt either! Oh, and one last thing, his workmen were wonderful too! Go Roof Hub!
