I had the pleasure of working with Daniel, who helped replace a breaker in my electrical box. From start to finish, he was extremely kind and professional. He walked me through the entire process, troubleshooting everything step by step so I could understand what was going on. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he quickly identified and fixed the issue. Not only did he handle the job efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. I couldnt be happier with his service. Let me tell you how helpful Daniel was. So I was in town to help get some things together at a house. I arrived Sunday night and was tired from the drive. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with any extra nonsense. Sure enough, we turn on a light switch and *BOOM*, sparks flew on the chandelier. We call NEW ERA Sunday night and Daniel comes over the first thing in the morning. He was extremely professional, handy, and educated me on what he was doing. He did a great job and fixed things that have been broken for decades. I cannot express how happy we were to have him. We will be requesting Daniel from New era every time from now on.

Daniel was great to work with when we had 2 roofing projects on our park models. Was on time, exactly on budget, and in spite of trouble with weather conditions insured that the projects were finished in a timely manner. This included extra work that was necessary on the substructure of one of the roofs. Would strongly recommend them for your roofing requirements.

I had been looking for months for someone to fix a few roof tiles that had blown off. My roof is older and the shingles arent easy to come by. I called Daniel on Monday, he came by Tuesday tiles in his truck and fixed my roof for a very reasonable cost. He is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend him
