Im the Property Manager for Los Pueblos Apartments on Walkway here in Socorro, NM. I had a Resident come in and tell me that their furnace wasnt working. I sent my Maintenance Tech over to take a look at it and he said that it would not stay lit. So on December 30th, I called Bar J Plumbing. Donna answered the phone and let me know that the soonest anyone would be able to be out here would be the next day. They had a back log of work as well as a major job that the crew was working on. When I let Donna know that the problem was in a Unit with a baby she said she would see what she could do. She called me back and let me know that the guys would be here as soon as possible. Well within about 20 minutes after that call Bar J Plumbing crew was driving up. This company is a company that cares about their patrons. I do not know the names of the guys that came but they are very professional in their work.THANK YOU BAR J PLUMBING! HAPPY NEW YEAR
