Im thrilled with the exceptional service from Luke and his team at Hausmeister. Lukes expertise and dedication made our experience outstanding. He took the time to evaluate our crawlspace, providing a clear understanding of the issues and organizing the work efficiently.After reviewing the work needed for our crawl space, Luke quickly scheduled insulation replacement, trench digging for proper water flow, and exclusion work to keep pests out. The first job was so well done that we called Luke for a second job, involving attic insulation removal, replacement, and mold treatment. Lukes communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way.Lukes professionalism and considerate approach make us wholeheartedly recommend Hausmeister. Marcel and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We just moved into a home with various water issues in the crawl space that impacted the sump pump and duct work, and got the run around from other companies either telling us they dont do this work or they they were price gouging us. Marcel knew exactly what the problem was, his team went above and beyond to get it resolved for us quickly and at more than a fair price. Its such a relief to work with knowledgeable experts who care about the quality of their work and their customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Hausmeister!

Best Contracting Company I have worked with...Very Reasonably priced compared to other companys. Very efficient and quality work. Had them do an encapusulation of our Crawlspace of this 1980 home and add a Dehumidifier. THen called them back to take care of an outbulding that had mold and bad insulation/drywall. Excellent experience with that as well. And finally called them back a third time to remove all insulation from the attic and replace and seal with brand new blowin insulation. Highly recommend them. Fair priced, excellent communication and hard working crews. Get that peace of mind and dont hesitate to use Hausmeister LLC.

I received a thorough inspection and estimate regarding water build up and damage under our house in a timely manner. Service was completed quickly with a personable, communicative and hard working crew. Our crawl space looks clean and so far no more water seen. Highly recommend.

We hired Marcel to increase ventilation and reinforce insulation on our ductwork in the attic, as well as clean up the crawl space (patch the ductwork and replace the vapor barrier), and a few other odds/ends. Marcel and his team (Luke and Jordan) were professional, respectful and thorough. The work took a little longer than expected due to a few snags they encountered, but they addressed and completed the all the work to my satisfaction in all aspects. Marcel is incredibly knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in his line of work. A remarkable thing is that he is generous with his time and will spend as much of it as you need/want to help you understand your home’s layout and situation, so that you can make an informed decision about the work you want done. I would happily hire them again and again, and wholeheartedly recommend Hausmeister!

An honest and hard working business. They gave me a reasonable quote compared to the other big crawl space companies and they delivered very quality work. Luke and his team were prompt, responsive and enjoyable to work with. The crawl space had some oddities when the house was originally built but the team handled this with ease.Would recommend to anyone and would work with them again.
