    Ace was a great place to get our floors done. They came by fast, within a day to give an estimate, and I was called within a few hours. Their work is incredible and done in a timely and professional manner. The floors sparkle with character and look great, as if they were brand new! They are very respectful, knowledgeable, and experienced in communication and work. And when it comes to more flooring projects, Ace is definitely the place to go, as we are already planning more projects for them to do in our home. Whether its a camper or your home, Ace has you covered! We cannot wait to complete more floors and become part of the Ace family.

    Troy and his team installed our wood floors in our master bedroom. They were able to remove the old carpeting and install our new floor by moving the furniture around the room. This significantly lowered the stress involved of having to move the furniture before the install. The installers were great and did an awesome job installing our new hardwood floors. They were so accommodating and professional! We have used Ace for refinishing our first floor hardwoods. We would highly recommend them! Thanks you, Troy!

    First I will say they do always answer the phone and were great with communication and being there when they said they would. I got 3 floors refinished, i wasn’t able to be there since I’m not moved in yet but gave them instructions on how to get in and that all went fine. I saw through my security system they did block off the kitchen so no dust could get in which was great, however for some reason they left the bathroom door open and there was dust everywhere! A mess. They also left the hallway light and bathroom light on after they left the first day and after they left the second day. So my lights were on until the third day when i got back to the house. The floors considering what they used to look like do look much better but i was expecting less streaks and more of a shine. That may just be the floors and not their fault, I’m not sure. However overall I’m happy with how the floors came out compared to before. As for the price it was really good and fair.

    I cannot recommend Ace enough! We are repeat customers and the service and price cannot be beat whatsoever. Troy and team are courteous and fast to respond , and while they cannot guarantee heavily worn floors, we’ve ultimately had perfect repairs both times and our rental units previously badly worn floors look showroom new. Their prices absolutely beat everyone and their service and quality are outstanding. Communicative on-site and ahead of time.Can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

    We had a floating floor put down in our basement. I’m absolutely in love with it. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged, staff was also very respectful. Very happy and we love our new floor!

    Did an excellent job refinishing my floors. They were $250 less than every other quote and came out the next day to start work. The guy even refinished two of my entryway steps for free. Very professional and would definitely work with them again.

    Troy and his team did a great job restoring our hardwood floors about 3 years ago. Yesterday our grandson dripped oil based paint on the floors and we were unble to remove the paint on our own. Troy sent our a crew today and they quickly took care of the problem. Talk about responsive! Ace is the best!

    I had Ace Wood Flooring refinish the hardwood in my home inRiverside. From start to finish it was a pleasant and easy experience. From the first call, when they did indeed answer the phone as advertised, to the last man out the door, Ace delivered 5 star service. Even a small unexpected repair did not faze them one bit. The floors look amazing, and I would recommend Ace to anyone.

    I waited 2.5 years to provide a review because I wanted to see how the flooring held up. We had two projects done within a few months of each other. We had old wooden basement stairs covered in carpet. We had a basement covered in wood like flooring that Troy recommended when he came to do measurents. His price on both projects were exactly what he quoted, and both were cheaper than others quotes. Troy also helped us decide on what type of flooring for our needs. Other places had suggested carpet for our basement (for more money). Troy told us why that would not be the best bang for our buck and gave us an alternative. Anyway. The install on both jobs were timely and professional.2.5 years later and I am so glad we used ACE. Our carpet on the stairs has held up and our basement floor looks still looks amazing. Even better, we dont have that basement smell because the flooring is made to handle basement humidity (I think he said something like that).Anyway, we have 4 rooms that need hardwood floors refinished and a kitchen that needs a new floor. Without a doubt, we will use ACE again.

    I called ACE to make an appointment for a quote and they came to Chepachet in literally 1 hr. They were punctual and professional. The quality of work was great and the price was affordable as well. Staff just goes in and does the job! We are very happy!!

    Wow! These guys are good. They were able to easily and graciously accommodate me cancelling on them twice. When we were finally ready for them, they were in doing the job within 3 days of my call. Our floors are OLD and were in very bad shape. They are pine boards that had never been sealed and had seen 250 years of wear and tear. They made them look magical - for an outstandingly affordable price. If I could, Id give them 10 stars.Edited: This was two years ago, and the floors are standing up to heavy use really well. I stand by my good review!

    Ace Wood Floors is just that aces!! I had a husband coming out of an unexpected hospital and nursing home stay. O had to turn an office into a new bedroom for him. O had everything planned to the day of him coming home. I rented a floor sander at a box store and sanded for 8 hour but couldnt get the floor down enough. I was out of time and the job wasnt done. I called Ace Wood Flooring. Best thing I could have done. I explained my situation to the manager, he sent out a crew that afternoon to sand my floor and put a finish coat on. They ended up coming back out the next day and hit the floor with the sander again applied final coat of finnish . They also did 5 thresholds in my house. The floor came out great and was ready in time for me to get the room put together in time for my my husband to come home and relax. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great wood floor job with no hassle. I will use them for any wood or flooring job that I need.GREAT JOB AT ACE WOOD FLOORS!

    Ace came out for a measurement and estimate to our home. The gentleman was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We chose our floors on a Saturday and they were beginning to be installed in our home by Tuesday. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the best hardwood floors for our needs. All the the workers who installed the floors and new stairs were polite and courteous, and treated our home and belongings with respect.The overall price was several thousand dollars less than 2 other places we received estimates from. The floors look amazing and completely transformed our home. 10/10 very satisfied customer!

    We called on a Sunday and Troy answered the phone. He said wed get a call from Rick and sure enough Rick called. Rick was prompt and courteous. ACE Wood Flooring does a top notch job on your floors. My mother and aunt have used them in the past and their dull floors came out looking brand new!
