These people are the BEST. I had a complete bathroom/shower rip-out from a company that had their own plumber in the deal. That plumber hooked up to an old rusty steel pipe, which soon started leaking. I got NO answer from the contractor. Called Drain Surgeon. That nice lady always answers the phone (its in her home!). She sent two great plumbers and the job was fixed within an hour, AND at a Great price. Ive been using them for over 10 years. -

During my first hard freeze in Slidell (I moved to LA from Maryland last spring), I had a water pipe burst. The former owner recommended Drain Surgeon. Their excellent plumber came within a few hours and had my pipe repaired within an hour. I highly recommend this company. They made an old man very happy! -

I absolutely think Drain surgeon is the best!! The subdivision I live in the plumbing is old my kitchen sink gets stopped up a lot, so aggravating, well these two young men from drain surgeon came out the other day wouldnt give up til they got my sink unstopped I was so impressed with them thank you guys so much and thank you drain surgeon!! I will definitely use yall again!!! And I hope I get the same two young men!!! -

Vincent and Jackson came in a timely fashion and were very professional. few other plumbers were here before and could not figure out the main cause of the problem. Vincent was able to determine what that cause was where others could not. He went above and beyond to figure out how to fix it where other plumbers have given up before. He even went out his way to fix another problem that wasnβt necessarily in his jurisdiction and gave me tools and lessons on how to prevent any further issues. i am very thankful that Vincent and Jackson were dispatched to my house. They deserve all the recognition possible. -

Well we have had a major drainage issue with our kitchen and utility room drains for quite awhile. It got to the point where the drains would no longer drain. We called out Drain Surgeon and they quickly found out that our pipes finally just collapsed. They gave us a descent quote to correct the problem with a wrap around solution and we accepted.They came out and had everything completed in one day with great satisfaction from my wife who is now no longer doing dishes in the bathtub. Lol!!!! The gentlemen who did the work were very professional. Performed neat and excellent work. We could hardly tell they were here after they cleaned up. Were very satisfied with the whole thing. Thank you for helping us out Drain Surgeon!!! -

Broken outside faucet on main incoming line. Called the Drain Surgeron. Arrived 1 1/2 hours after call. Drain Surgeron technician Charlie and helper arrived, looked at problem, asked a couples questions and then went to work. 1hour later had new copper line, 2 new valves and insulated line. System back up and running.Price was more than reasonable.Great experience but new this as we have used the Drain Surgeon before. -

Excellent service and priced more than fair, like under $300 which as a service business owner, I thought was exceptional for the time he spend and the high-end equipment he had on his new van. Had a plumbing backup in my parents house, several room flooding, mom had just had knee replacement surgery, she was crying. Drain Surgeon came out within the hour, the tech was excellent, worked in the rain to find the main sewer line in the one acre yard to run the machine through it and get us all fixed up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! -
