    Erwin was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly so we could understand our situation and make a decision that was safe for our family. He got started on needed repairs same day so we could get up and running again. He was also very patient and understanding with all my questions. Orlando and Marvin also assisted us with finishing up the project, and they were also wonderful. They answered all questions and explained everything they were doing. The office staff was also wonderful with questions when contacted via phone and e-mail. Very happy with the service we received.

    The electricians at Jeoah Electric installed our beautiful chandelier. The chandelier had many little parts that needed to be handled with care. This was our second project completed by this company and each time the service exceeds our expectations.

    First off, my Wife and I couldnt be happier with the work performed by JEOAH Electric. They were highly responsive and pleasant from the beginning to completion of projects. This is a huge thanks to Carolin and the front office at JEOAH for constant communication.We were getting a hot tub installed and needed all work performed by someone trusted and JEOAH popped up. Reviews all made it feel like a good decision to have them quote the project. We had 2 other quotes in the process and ultimately decided on these folks. Very glad we did. While they were here on first visit, they installed our pendant light fixtures for us at a great price and began work on setting up the hot tub. I have to say, installing a hot tub CAN be a bit tricky with delays in lead times from manufacturer and Owen and Erwin were amazingly flexible with our needs. They made us feel comfortable and in the loop during entire process. Hot tub is filling now, successfully hooked up and our kitchen is complete. Thank you JEOAH Electric!     I had a great experience with Erwin and his team, they came and did a whole house safety check and found that things were not in a good working order. They replaced our electrical box, all our outlets. We also had them install recess lighting/ceiling fan. Erwin and Owen came and did the initial check and theyre great and informed us about a lot of things we were unaware of and we are very thankful for that. Orlando was also great to work with. Caroline and Lauren were great with calling us and informing us when they will be here and setting up our appointments. We are very pleased with our experience with Jeoah Electric, and will definitely give them a call again if we need something.

    I am so glad I decided to try JEOAH Electric! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but they also clearly love the work they do and deeply care about the satisfaction and safety of their customers. It was a joy getting to know Erwin and Orlando over the 2 days they replaced our damaged circuit panel and weird wiring. They have made our home so much safer and I know I can trust them with any other electrical needs I have in the future. I also really appreciate their payment plan option. It was a big project we knew would take a lot of work, but monthly payments help so much in making that hurt less. It makes me so happy that I can now use multiple outlets simultaneously in my kitchen without tripping the circuit breaker. Thank you, JEOAH!

    Knowledgeable electricians. We had an issue with loose wires. Erwin and Orlando checked our whole house, replaced old outlets, switches and breaker box. They are very conscious of their work. Definitely a good feeling to feel safe. Highly recommend their service.

    Just had some electrical work done on my home, and can say I’m very thoroughly pleased with everything. I was a bit displeased at first because I had to wait three weeks for an estimate and then the day before they confirmed the wrong time slot for the estimate and tried to make me reschedule, but they corrected their mistake. Besides that small mishap everything was great, although a bit pricey.I definitely want to praise Orlando specifically. He was a phenomenal tech. He was very genuine, meticulous with his work, and you can tell he really cared about what he was doing through his work. His worked passed the inspection without any issues! And if I were to get electrical work done on my home again, I would definitely be a repeat customer.

    I just wanted to give my experience with Jeoah Electric Company. Upon my technicians arrival (Owen) who was just so attentive and knowledgeable of the pros and cons of certain electrical issues I had, not only was he so knowledgeable and experienced he was also very personable which I loved because when you are dealing with the public I think one needs to have a minimum of being personable, and Owens personality is refreshing and in overload lol. He changed out 4 light fixtures and added a dimmer to an existing light, and with his experience and knowledge the job was done in a short amount of time, while also walking me through the process of what he was doing which I appreciated. I know when service technicians come to do a specific task, they just do the task and they leave, but Owen will answer any questions you have and just talk to you like a neighbor or a friend and that is something that you dont see often. I am just a regular person doing a review and HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEOAH ELECTRIC, for any electrical services that you need, and yes the prices are actually fair which was icing on the cake. I usually dont do reviews but was so impressed with Owens customer service, I had to take the time to write one. So if you want great customer service with someone knowledgeable, experienced, and a real people person OWEN FROM JEOAH ELECTRIC is your guy!!!!! Thanks Owen you did a fantastic job!!!!

    Wonderful experience. Quick response time and prompt scheduling. Erwin was wonderful, professional and skilled. Saw the project, saw the problems and quickly resolved issues and installed my chandelier. I had phoned several other electricians who said the chain on the chandelier would not be lengthened. Erwin did not bat an eyelid and got the job done. I’m thrilled. Will definitely call next time I need electrical work.

    I’m tenant and the house was in a serious fire risk. Half of the house was with no power, I call the landlord and he sent a no license handyman to try to solve the problem. But that person didn’t know was he was doing, he was just guessing. Today the landlord sent Erwin and Orlando from JEOAH electric and they solved the problem very quickly and knowing exactly what to do. Great service. I recommend them 100%.

    I cannot rate JEOAH Electric highly enough. From first contact with office personal through the completed project, my experience with this company was exceptional. Owen inspected my recently purchased older home. He explained exactly what he was looking for and showed me what he found. He suggested work that should be addressed as soon as possible and indicated work that should be addressed down the road.     I called because of a breaker that tripped and Erin came over and evaluated my system. He found that my service entrance wire was cracked and water was coming into my panel. He mentioned that it was Hazzard. They came over and replaced my service and cleaned up my panel. These guys will be back to do more work for me and make my home safer.

    I found JEOAH Electric on Google Maps and had very good reviews so I decided to give them a try I have to say they did not disappoint from the initial phone call to the tech that came down to assess what was needed to perform the job Owen the electrician was great performing assessment then returned later to install the 2 ceiling fans in a timely manner I was very satisfied with the service he was very professional, knowledgeable based on my first experience I would call them again for any electrical needs.

    I absolutely love this company. They have done so much to my house, which is amazing because my 2 story 4,000 sq ft old farm house needed a lot of work. I live on 3 acres of land in the country side and they had no problem getting here or making sure that my house, barn, and pool were taken care of correctly the first time.     JEOAH Electric completed all the electric in my basement. Not only did they give me a fair estimate, but offered advice on how much lighting was needed. They are professional, responsive, and dedicated to providing the best work. Any questions I had were provided with answers I could understand. When my electrical inspection was made, the town changed some of the rules regarding the electric box. Or course JEOAH Electric came out and addressed the issue at no cost.     Carolin was very helpful when I called to schedule. She was able to get me in by the end of week for help with my problem. I got a call ahead to let me know the tech was half an hour away. Orlando arrived promptly when promised. He asked probing questions, had me show him around and got to work. He was excellent at updating me as he completed every phase of troubleshooting. He kept at it until the issue was resolved. He made suggestions to improve some other possible concerns and gave us an immediate quote for that suggested work.     A tree limb severed power to half the power in our home during the previous winter storm. Upon inspection, your tech observed that our power hook up was sub standard and provided three repair options in plain language, citing safety as his main concern. After choosing a plan and a date the crew arrived promptly, and professionally installed our new system. Not only was it excellent work done, but we were treated courteously by everyone. I would highly recommend Jeoah to anyone.

    I recently purchased a new stove and needed someone to connect the stove to the electrical service. I contacted JEOAH to inspect my electrical service and do the hookup. They came the same day and inspected my electrical system. They recommended updating the wiring in preparation for the stove installation. The stove arrived a few days later and the guys from JEOAH were there, completed the re-wiring and the stove installation. I was pleased with their work, pleased with their professionalism and courtesy, and their attention to detail, including cleaning up the work site so that I had nothing to cleanup after they left. Also, I should mention that their office assistant was helpful as well. I give them five stars and my recommendation.

    I cant say enough good things about JEOAH Electric! Our service cable was ripped off of the side of our house late in the afternoon after recent storm. JEOAH came right out and got to work late into the night re-attaching and replacing parts that were rusted or damaged. I liked the work and the electrician so much i asked for an estimate to upgrade my ancient electrical panel. He walked me through it, answered all of my questions and i went for it. He showed up early the next morning and spends the day installing it. Hey, my lights dont flicker any more. I have found my electricians!

    We had a great experience with Owen and Jeoah! We scheduled an appointment for only a few days out from when we contacted them, and Owen was extremely courteous and professional at our house.     I had the pleasure of having Orlando as a technician today. He immediately found an issue with my box and offered to do a full diagnostic to find if anything else was going on. After finding a faulty switch which was included in the diagnostic cost, he recommended further fixes that will make my home much safer and future proof me for the future.Orlando was extremely polite and had a great personality. They came prepared to the job and finish from my own experience, what could have been a weeks worth of work in 2 days!Very respectful.A month later I had a question about my pool timer (one of the many different electrical issues they addressed and installed) and Irwin came out the next day to resolve the issue (something that I did incorrectly on my end). He explained how it worked and gave me the incite I need to adjust in the future.I have already recommended them to many people as they came highly recommended to me as well.Not the cheapest… but I can tell you for a fact they are quick and their product is professional.     Erwin and Orlando were terrific. They came within a few days of me originally contacting them. They were very professional. My home was built in 1978 and is all electric. Although my home met code when it was built, it no longer met safety standards. Breaker box was more than full and needed to be replaced. GFIs installed in all the bathrooms and by the kitchen sink. Replaced dusk to dawn light outside. Power to the house no longer flickers during wind storms. Ive had other electricians here in the past and found that you get what you pay for.

    Jeoah Electric was very responsive when we had an electrical emergency on the afternoon before Christmas Eve. They were able to come to the house, thoroughly inspect the issues, and give a quote for the work all within a 2 hours of our initial call. In particular, of the 3 people who came to give us estimates, he was the only one who bothered to open up the electrical panel to see what kind of shape it was in, and we really appreciated that. In addition, they were very tidy and had great attention to detail in cleaning up after they were done with each project. They also didnt try to upsell us on a giant, expensive generator that we wouldnt need, which was nice.But perhaps the best of all is that they stuck to the price we agreed on in the original estimate. They ended up unexpectedly having to come back the following day because some of the work in our attic was a bit more involved than they were expecting. But there wasnt the slightest suggesting of charging us any more than we had already agreed on, and there was never any nickle-and-diming over extra materials they were using either.I dont have anything negative to say, and will definitely be calling these guys again next time we need an electrician.

    We had a wonderful experience with Jeoah Electric , and more specifically Owen. I called Jeoah because we were having issues with our home owners insurance giving use a list of repairs they wanted us to do. The main thing we needed updated was our Knob and Tubing electric. Owen came in and did that work , but while here, he noticed that our breaker box was in an unsafe location, under a pvc water pipe with evidence of rusting and corroding. We are a big family with children so this raised alarm bells for us. We want to be as safe as possible. Owen came in , and relocated our breaker box into a safe location and did all the work needed with that. Owen was very personable and friendly while doing a A+++ job . I am so thankful that I took a chance and called this company on a whim, and I look forward to working with them in the future. I also appreciated the women in the office (Lauren & others) that kept me updated on when Owen would arrive and other things throughout my experience. Everyone was so wonderful.
