    I had such a great experience working with Ruslan and his team. Extremely professional, great skill, easy communication, attention to details (it really shows!!!) and brings great design suggestions to the table too. Already thinking about inviting him back to do my bathroom later. Highly recommend!Key points worth mentioning:1. At the initial contact stage, he is very communicative and responsive. Answered a lot of questions in professional manner. Was very graceful too when I had to drop off the surface of the earth (due to other things) for about 3 months between initial contact and onsite visit/quotes.2. His estimates are reasonable, comparable or even competitive to other quotes I got, but a lot more detailed, which I liked.3. We expanded the work scope once the project started and fees for additional tasks (all of which I asked for) were clearly communicated and reasonable.4. Lots of attention to detail. He probably considered all the things that I did/would, probably more.5. Great eyes for color/design/aesthetics. I’m not a visual person myself and his suggestions really lifted the look of my kitchen.6. Everyone I met on his team was great. Nice people and very professional.Overall just a great experience. He made this otherwise stressful project a lot more less stressful and would recommend him to anyone!

    Simply the best contractor! I was so lucky to work with Russ. A friend of mine recommended his company, and after I got some quotes from other contractors, I chose his services for my kitchen and laundry space. Efficient, organized, and detail oriented. On top of everything, he was the only one who would agree to install an IKEA kitchen, and I am so happy with the results! Just a side note all other contractors would convince me not to do an IKEA kitchen. He was transparent as to what to expect and he was actually inspired to do the customizations needed to make my kitchen look like a million bucks! When I was away on a work trip while the renovations were in progress, I had no problem leaving him a key and access to my home. He has proven to be trustworthy and extremely responsible. Thank you again!

    I would hire Residential Innovations Inc again without hesitation. Russ offers great design ideas for consideration, but he and his team are committed to bringing your ideas to life. And he’s a perfection when it comes to the delivered product.My project encompassed a total bathroom remodel, new baseboards throughout the unit, black satin marble kitchen countertop install, and the entire home, including ceilings, walls, closet doors and walls painted. The price was thousands of dollars less than some other contractors with the work being thousands of times better than those same contractors.I will use Residential Innovations Inc again.

    Russ and team are fantastic, we couldnt have found a better local team for our basement remodel! Our basement flooded so we needed to have the floor leveled and new flooring installed, installation installed, soundproofing, new electric, updated pipes, drywall and doors. It was a big job and our first time doing such a project (were new homeowners). Russ made the process easy and collaborated with us on many decisions.The work done was superb quality! Russ is the type of contractor who cleans up after each day of work (and I mean, really cleans up) which is something I appreciated.Russ also treated me fairly and listened to my concerns and goals. As a female, that doesnt always happen in the male dominated world of construction.All in all, Russ and his team are hard working, professional, and genuinely good people. We cannot wait to work with them on other big rehab projects at our home!

    Russ and his team renovated a small, windowless bathroom in our 1890s house. Throughout the process he listened, was communicative, flexible (for example, doing the demolition while we were away for a few days), found creative solutions to dealing with the problems that inevitably arise when working in an old house, gave helpful suggestions on scope and more minor decisions, and kept disruptions to a minimum. The work was completed within the expected timeframe and the finished product is a beautiful space that we now enjoy using. I would wholeheartedly recommend Russ.

    We asked Russ to make a number of small and large improvements on our new home, including expanding a bathroom, while we were still in our old home 1,000 miles away. He was very responsive, and I was able to trust him to help guide us on color & style choices since I was not there in person - something I would NOT have been comfortable doing with other contractors Ive worked with! The work was professionally done - the transition between the old wood floor and the new tile in the bathroom is amazing! - and he really cares about getting the details done right. An overall excellent experience and I will definitely be calling on him to help us with our home improvement projects in the future.

    We used Residential Innovations to remodel our bathroom. Russ did a great job, starting with demolition, and installation of new drywall, plastering, and painting. He also assembled and installed two medicine cabinets and a vanity cabinet. We are very pleased with the work and we highly recommend Russ and Residential innovations.

    Quite simply the best general contractor experience I have ever had — the team at Residential Innovations are the best of the best. They deliver at every level and were truly committed to executing the terms of the agreement to remodel two bathrooms ( which was actually fixing a disastrous mess my first contractor made of them). The crew is talented, smart, communicate clearly and timely, show up on time, are respectful, ask questions, consult on design ideas, and advise when issues come up so you can work things out together. The guys from Residential helped me not only to fix the issues that bothered me in my unit for the longest time, but also helped me with the decision making process and were there to help me with issues that other contractors in the past would tell me, oh it is up to you, or this is your responsibility. I felt almost on vacation while dealing with a construction project. Thank you so much once again! I love my new bath and my updated kitchen.

    I really lucked out finding Residential Innovations to remodel our basement. After reading the outstanding reviews here, I reached out and got a quick response to come on site to my home to see what I needed done. After brief consultation we got an estimate and agreed to work! I had started a permit request for my village (dealing with them is frustrating) but Residential Innovations did the majority of work document-wise to get the permit approved. They are licensed and insured to work in my village which was a requirement. I was wary of these corporate remodel places, and wanted a small business that represents the company and also does the work.The entire team (plumber, electrician, assistant) was top notch and very open and communicative with their progress, problems, and different approaches we could continue with based on cost and time. Everyday they cleaned the area before they left and was mindful of our cats and unique situation. Russ was very engaging with brainstorming design ideas and considering our odd requests. Before the dry wall Residential Innovations was able to get a quick on site review from the village and there were no changes needed, fantastic!They turned our least favorite room (a dark basement with un-level flooring with walls covered in thick wood paneling with no insulation) into my favorite room of the house. I couldnt be happier with the results! In a world of poor contractors, Residential Innovations stands out by doing quality honest work. Im excited for our next project and to call them back.
