We worked with Trademark to build our home 3 years ago and to finish our basement this year. We enjoyed the process on both projects! Erik, Marin and Tim are so great to work with. They offer great ideas, advice, and designs. We appreciated their attention to detail and efficiencies. Highly recommend!

Trademark built our home four + years ago and it is beautiful. We purchased from a family that designed and built it to be their forever home so it’s full of over-the-top security, tech, mechanical, and aesthetic features. It’s truly amazing and we love it.There are small items and choices that have made us scratch our heads, such as the way the paint on the trim of almost all the wood near the floors is peeling off. I’ve contacted Trademark and not really gotten any answers for how to fix this. Also have called them to get the name of the subcontractor who out in a bathroom heater and have not gotten a call back. I just want to know where I can get a replacement heater.This is probably par for the course, follow-up after a build is not a priority for builders.

The Trademark Homes team made what can be a very overwhelming and frustrating experience into an exciting time for our family. The whole experience was awesome! Erik was great not only from the overall management of the project but he was a design genius when it came to creating our plan. We told him our idea and he took off from there making suggestions and advice to create a home that was not only functional, but also a fun design that is not cookie cutter from all the other homes out there. I would highly recommend Trademark to anyone.

We had a major water leak just before the pandemic hit. Trademark Homes helped us with every aspect of getting us back to original condition. They worked extensively with the insurance company to make sure all the repairs were covered and all the bills were paid. During a time when the world was all but shut down, they made sure we (and their crewmembers) were safe, and even helped us find a place to stay while the work was being done. They truly went above and beyond, and it made a terrible situation work out better than we could have hoped for. And our home is in great shape now!

We used Trademark Homes to build our home in 2006. When it was time to move, we didnt think twice about building with them again. From the planning and drawing stages, to the design and finish selection, to the final walkthrough and follow-up, everything was smooth and easy. We dont plan to ever move again, but if we do, well look to no one else.
