We had Gary do a BIG job at our house - extending power to a shop and adding outlets and lights. They had to bore under sidewalks and rock to get it all done. They worked so hard and so quickly and put everything back. Should we need their services again, we will absolutely give them a call.

We have used Fann Electric Services for the past couple of years and they are by far the best electricians in the Upstate of South Carolina. We have used them on electrical projects on both of our houses and I still get Gary and his team to come over and make our house better every couple of months. Have had Gary do a few projects for me and he just completed a small one the other day…installed new vent fan in light over daughters shower and new light in basement stairwell. Gary’s attention to detail and he shows up when he says he will show up and does excellent work. Gary should be your 1 and only call for any electrical projects you need done as it will be done right and in a timely fashion. Best electrician in town.

Gary and his team came and wired up a detached workshop for me - they did an amazing job! Gary was patient with me while I asked a lot of questions and helped me figure out what my power needs would be for growing my woodworking hobby. Over the years Gary has hung chandeliers in our dining room and 2 story foyer, changed out ceiling fans, installed recessed lighting, updated outdoor carriage lights, and got the electrical ready for a hot tub install. And I am sure I am forgetting some!

Ive used Gary Fann twice now. The first time he came out and checked an outlet that wasnt working for us. He left such a positive impression that when it was time to finally install recess lighting in my living room I didnt even entertain calling anyone else. He is punctual, professional and so incredibly personable and kind. His work is impeccable and thorough. You can tell he takes pride in the work he does. His pricing is extremely fair for his experience and level of work. For all things electrical, small or large, at our house Fann electric is the only company we will use.

Gary recently did work at my house to run power to my attic and basement so I could install an electric HVAC system and an electric water heater. Initially I called Fann Electric about my project and Gary came out to take a look and provide an estimate. He arrived for the estimate on time and spent considerable time looking at what I needed done. I was so impressed that I booked him to do the work. On the scheduled date he again arrived on time and we reviewed the project as I requested a change from what we initially discussed. Gary is so easy to work with that he was able to make the adjustments. The work was first rate and the price was fair. I have worked with a lot of different trade professionals over the years and he is one of the best. You cant go wrong having him take care of your electrical needs.

Fann Electric resembles everything a business should be when it comes to quality, service and professionalism. We needed ground wire ran to our new office building with electrical outlets added to the interior. They sent us an estimate the next day with a schedule date to accept, updated phone calls before service to make sure everyone was on the same page and then while on site did a final walk through before install. It felt like such a smooth process and we could visually see how knowledgeable the whole crew is just by how they set up and prepared. We HIGHLY RECOMEND Fann Electric to anyone needing electrical work done on their property. Defiantly will be giving them a call back soon for more work !

Great quality work at very fair prices. Gary has done everything from additional outlets, new circuits, ring cameras, to generator switches, battery system and a whole home surge protector for us. Gary Showed up on time today, after a communication hiccup yesterday. He was very courteous, professional, and personable. I had a 3-way dimmer smart switch that I could not get to work. Gary jumped right on it even though he was here to give me an estimate/quote. Unfortunately, it was an off brand switch and it would not work but Gary re-installed the old switches and made a suggestion for the future replacement.,Just received an e-mail that the no show was the admins fault in scheduling. I will edit this review at a later time if needed.Made an appointment to get a quote. I waited a week for the appointment. No one showed up or called. Very poor service., I would not recommended.

Highly recommend Fann Electric! We had a very high two story foyer light that was installed using a plastic mount by the original builder. Needless to say the plastic cracked and our foyer light was noticeably detaching from the ceiling. Very dangerous. Fann Electric came in and had it fixed with a new metal mount before it fell and caused severe damage to our home or injured a loved one or pet. They were very respectful of our wood floor and laid a barrier under the ladder so they did not scratch the floor. They even took the time to vacuum the pieces that fell from the broken plastic mount before they left. Thank you Fann Electric!

VERY friendly and professional. A local family business since the 60s. Mr. Fann called to let me know he was on the way and I was delighted that his arrival was actually about an hour before the previously agreed time. (My request was, as soon as possible.) Great way to start. He arrived all smiles and handshakes and put the little paper bootie things on before he came into the house. (I dont really care, but a definite plus with the wife.) After listening to my issue he immediately went to work and in less than an hour all was well. Im not going to say what he charged, but I will say that I asked for his card and FULLY plan on calling Fann Electric with any future needs.
