We had an excellent experience with Mullen Plumbing. I initially called another plumber to clear a sewage backup and they told us our lines were corroded in multiple places. They gave us a ridiculously expensive quote and were very pushy. I then called Mullen Plumbing. Ashley sent Trevor out the same day to take a look and got me a quote the same day. The price was reasonable and they pinpointed the problem immediately. They came out three days later, spent two days working 8-5, covered everything, cleaned the floors when they were done, and the hole they had to make for the pipes was just big enough to get one person in. They also cut the hole to match the grout lines in the tile so the floor was preserved. The whole process was seamless, affordable, communication was excellent, and they treated our house like they would want someone to take care of their home. Superb experience.we have a full bathroom coming up and will be using them again.

Fantastic experience! The team was incredibly helpful and professional- They were responsive, came out to the house next day, the plumber was right on time, completed the job quickly and everything works great, was a reasonable price and a totally positive experience from start to finish. Mullen will be our household plumber from now on. Our neighbor used them and love them, as well.

Trevor and his team at Mullen Plumbing are fantastic. I had an urgent issue with a water main and Trevor came on short notice, gave me a fair estimate that was significantly lower than a competing company, and got to work the same day. The team was polite, professional, and respectful of the property. They will definitely be my go-to plumbers from now on. I highly recommend them!

Just moved to LB and Mullen was sent by my property manager to fix my Garbage disposal. This was hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a vendor sent by a landlord (or ever actually!!).From the jump, they contacted me for an appointment within 10 Min of the initial request to schedule an appointment.Then I was given a very reasonable 2 hour window for arrival and a txt reminder the day before.The day of the appointment I was texted again letting me know the tech Stephen was on his way complete with a picture of him!!! As a woman home alone, having a picture of who to expect at my door gave me soo much assurance! I wish ALL vendors would do this!Stephen arrived squarely in time window, kind, polite and not creepy in the slightest! He quickly fixed the disposal and asked if I noticed any other plumbing issues since moving in to which I said I have not. He then asked if I would mind if he double checked the bathroom since he was here. To which I enthusiastically said yes! Please .Stephen quickly noticed the flow to my bathroom sink wasnt adequate. After living in a rental with continuous plumbing issues (brown water, no pressure, inconsistent temperature) clearly my standards arent what they should be!!He said give me a second to grab a part from my truck. Within 2 minutes the hot water was coming out with beautiful pressure!!In less than 15 minutes not only was my minor issue resolved, but Stephen went above and beyond to ensure my new home was in proper working order and I wasnt going to have to be inconvenienced again.Thank you Stephen and Mullen plumbing! I am totally impressed and will definitely refer friends and family in the future.

We’ve been having problems with our bathroom for months. We found Mullen Plumping through a recommendation from one of our neighbors. We called them and they showed up within an hour and they were able to fix our bathroom. They were so responsive and very honest about what was going on. Their prices are very fair compare to other plumbers. I highly recommend. So hard to find good plumping companies that you can trust. They are our favorite!

Without a doubt or hesitation they come within a short window and resolve the problem! I had sewage coming up in both bathrooms and Trevor (the owner) was there within minutes after a very professional response team assured me they would resolve the situation. I have used them numerous times for cleaning out our roots with a hydro jet and even sink repair. The family behind this business is so sweet and definitely the kind of people I want to support.
