What a great company. Outlets were moved the same week that I called to see if the work could be done before Thanksgiving. Dealt with Darren and Fawn and they were awesome to deal with. Not only was the work done expertly but the cost was very reasonable. Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great electrical work and very good prices.

I called Kay with a semi-emergency. They said theyd have to check to see who was available. Right after I talked with them, I found someone else who could come out immediately. But within maybe half an hour, Kay was calling back and could have come! So they were super responsive, and thats more than many companies can say! So theyre good in my book.

The Most Professional. As a homeowner and as a property manager I have worked with all kinds of contractors over the past 30 years and Kay Electric is The most professional company I have ever worked with. I had recessed lights installed in two rooms at my house and the guys who were here were courteous and efficient plus they cleaned up really well after they left. Also, when you call most anyone on the mountain they always say it’s a busy season and they’re 2 months out or they say they’ll show up and they don’t. Kay Electric answers their phone and comes out when they say they will. 10/10 will use them again.

During the recent monsoon storms and heavy rain we noticed the electric pole in our yard was leaning at about a 65° angle. The pole was 25 years old and had rotted. We called Kay Electric and spoke with Donovan the owner. He was clear about what needed to be done and what the cost would include. He scheduled the work to be done within 2 days. Donavan was very commutative and kept to the commitments he made. His crew was well trained and professional. I highly recommend KAY ELECTRIC for your electrical needs.

...had no idea who to call for electrical work at a recently purchased cabin...I tried several people and never had a call returned...tried Kays because I liked the picture of his family and the good reviews...an excellent decision, as it turns out!..all the work I wanted done has been completed in a timely manner, looks and works great...I have yet to meet Donavon...we did everything by text messaging, and I couldnt be happier with his work or service...

Kay Electric was recommended to us through a professional Contractor who is known for only using the best! Kay Electric gave us Excellent service! No surprise charges! We called and scheduled an appointment and they came right away! . The day of the appointment they came out exactly when they said they would! They thanked us for our business and everything was done just as we had asked! We were so happy with there service we called them back! Again they came when they said they would and got the job done. Excellent customer service! I am so glad our Contractor recommended Kay Electric.
