My home is very well built. No corners were cut & there was an attention to details. Jim & his crew were easy to work with. I found them to be honest in our interactions. His crews were expected to have good manners and to keep the work site clean! I always recommend Sutherland Construction to anyone who needs a referral to a contractor. I consider this contractor as the Premier contractor in the White Mountains.

Our home was built by Sutherland Construction Co about eleven years ago. We had a very pleasant experience during the construction and have been very happy with the quality of our home. Last year we had a problem with our built in ice maker leaking. I called Jim Sutherland and he came over with one of his construction foremen. They fixed the problem immediately. Our home was not under warranty any longer but how many builders are available ten years after construction and know exactly how to fix the problem. We were very impressed..

We are busy plumbing company that has been doing subcontracting work for Southerland construction for about two years now. And by far they have been the most organized , knowledgeable, and care about their customers as much as we do. They complete their projects efficiently and cleanly and customer satisfaction is their biggest priority. For this reason we look forward to many years of a business relationship with them. If you choose them to complete your next project you will not be unhappy! They are an excellent company.
