The walk in cooler we have was not working correctly. I had no problem getting an appointment for the next day to have it look at. They were on time and had it fixed that day. I was completely happy with their service. I recommend Chamberlins Reliable Heating & Cooling.

We called Chamberlin’s when our AC unit stopped working on a Friday afternoon on one of the hottest days of the year. The receptionist was very compassionate and concerned and offered to get us immediate assistance if people were living in the house since it was so hot outside. Luckily we hadn’t moved in yet but Jamie still added our house to his long list of stops and made it a priority to get our system up and running today. I was so impressed with his professionalism and dedication, and genuinely felt like he had my family’s best interests at heart with his recommendations. In this day and age, people like Chamberlin’s are hard to come by; they made life long customers out of us!

My hvac unit shut down on a 90 degree day July and when I called about getting it fixed, Chamberlins was able to have someone come to my house within 2 hours. I was very happy that they were able to fix the unit and I was cool again. They have very capable and nice repairmen.

I reached out, after business hours around 5:30pm requesting assistance with our oil furnace system. They responded within a half hour, (6pm) said they could have somebody out that same night if we still needed them, but they were currently at other calls. I replied that I would greatly appreciate it. They were at my house around 7:30 pm and my furnace was up and running by 8pm. Words can not express how thankful I am to have a company respond so fast, finish the current job they were at, and still come help us, so that we didnt have to spend another night without heat in our house. We definitely plan on scheduling some maintenance work on our unit when the times comes as well! Thanks guys.
