I see that new negative review. That is pretty harsh. Pretty sure the contract stated they are not liable for any damage incurred while installing the shelter.We used Texas Storm Shelter guy after his quote was HALF the cost of a dealer across the street form our house, installed and delivered. With a warranty.He was awesome and showed up on time (after a few reschedules due to rain) not their fault. Also YES it will be “messy” with all the dirt they have to dig up and move back. But it was NO issue. And one year later has completely flatted out with the rains and the grass grew back over it. NO issue from us! :)The man was very smart and gave us tips on where to place it. He was gentle on our grass with his excavator and it was installed in under 4 hours. We appreciate the comfort in having a shelter!
