SO PLEASED! Our lakehouse visions come to life! Nortex Remodeling team performs exceptional quality work at honest & reasonable prices. Owner John Droese is a seasoned and experienced General Contractor.Phase 1 was complete renovation taken down to studs of a 70s lakehouse, followed by Phase 2 construction 7 yrs later of a detached 2car garage with walk-in attic and covered walkway to house. The work was outstanding, and the house and garage are seamless.Interior Reno & New Laundry Room: flipped a small outside storage closet into interior Laundry room. bumped out porch to add a new interior foyer and front door. cut the brick down on both sides of fireplace hearth on both sides to help open up the space as well - this was 50 yr old brick and it looks like it was built this way. Attention to detail is evident in all of their work.As a GC, John has an arsenal of quality and dependable subcontractors to offer for work he does not provide.
