Best customer service experience I can recall in years. I bought a mid century lamp from Denmark and it needed adapters for lightbulbs to work. The business owner was there and made sure the bulbs were the right fit when I brought the lamp in. I also got a mid century floor lamp that stands about 5 feet high, and was unsure which lampshade would work best. Here I am, a total stranger to them, yet they trusted me to take the shades home, try them both out, and bring back the one I didnt want and they charged me at that point. People who trust customers are in of themselves trustworthy. I am happy to support this small family business, and will continue to do so.

I left my wall sconce there for a repair today. The socket needs to be replaced. I was very impressed with Alex and Agnes. My repair should be completed in a few days. I highly recommend this store.

Super nice guys and did a super fast turn around on a chandelier repair for my Airbnb. Even came to the house to pickup and then back to reinstall. I’ll be going back for years to come, I’m sure.
