I had Powder River Plumbing install a new programmable thermostat!! Ben did a fantastic job: very diligent, friendly and professional. He even helped me connect the thermostat to my phone and WiFi!! I will always call Powder River for my plumbing and heating needs!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air and I called Powder River to schedule service. They had a technician out same day and quickly resolved the issue of a bad capacitor. The capacitor was replaced and the technician went out of his way to explain what they did and what we could do to help avoid future problems.

This company is not only very responsive, professional and reasonable, they really care about their customers and each situation. I referred my daughter to them and they have taken excellent care of her needs with real concern for her family in doing so. They not only answer their phones when you call, they call you back and show up when they say they will, go the extra mile to make sure everything is right before they leave even if its over and above what they were requested for. These folks do things the way they used to be done and should be done by all businesses. Thanks to you all, youre terrific!!!

The team that came out walked me through what they would be doing and the timeline for getting things done. Kept a very clean work space and laid down tarps to protect the carpet. Answered any questions I had and they were super easy to talk to. They walked me through setup of the new thermostat and reinforced if I had questions to give a call. This is why I work with local people and businesses whenever I can.

Murphys Law struck again when the weather turned frightfully cold. When I turned on the furnace for the first time in the season, it didnt work. Realizing the urgency, Powder River promptly showed up, assessed that our 35-year-old heater was toast, and suggested LIEAP as a financial aid to get a new one. They were Johnny-on-the-spot, answered my many questions, had a fabulous team from the beginning to the final assessment, etc. The new furnace is working brilliantly, and Ill be warm and comfy for many winters to come. Id highly recommend them (and please remember, they can be overwhelmed when seasons change, so its a team effort to work together).

Highly Recommend! I had called a couple different heating & AC businesses about installing my hot water heat system. Most wouldnt even consider doing it, and the other one that did give me a quote, it was quite a bit more to do it. I call it the We dont want to do it Price. The crew came out, worked their magic in a restricted area, making my system look like a work of art.

Steven Pickell did the installation, and he was really diligent in getting the tank installed, and then trouble-shooting (with an assist from Josh) and correcting a problem we encountered. Powder River Heating was great! They came right away when our heater went out and we were freezing. They were super nice and found the problem right away. They did a temporary fix until the part could be ordered. Within a week they had called said the part was in and had it put in that day. I highly recommend if you want fast and certious service.
