Oh my gosh, January 2, 2025 had a condensation problem on the whole west wall of the crawl space of the house; ODells came over within one hour and reviewed the situation, gave me the name and phone numbers of specialty subconstractors to call and get scheduled to fix the problems. He even went so far as to call the subcontractors to tell them I would be calling to get appointments. My anxiety level went down to 1 after ODells advice.
